I just had a crazy idea.

What if Ricciardo fights his way back to Red Bull next year after realizing how big of a mistake he made. He takes Albons spot. Gasly is out of the sport since he underperformed and Albon takes his spot for now. Albon gets more time in the Toro Rosso/Alpha Centauri to hone his race craft and get another chance at the big team in the future. We know Red Bull has no problem moving people around for their own greater good.
