The streets of Monte Carlo are some of the most iconic public roads in the world helped by this magnificent ribbon of tarmac between imposing barriers. A circuit that has always been difficult to pass on, the thrill of a qualifying lap or a race win around here more than makes up for it. A race-specific regulation aimed to spice the race up has been brought in this season, as all drivers must use all three sets of tyres, with at least two different compounds, through the race, forcing at least two pitstops per car. The thought here being that drivers will have to sacrifice track position rather than drastically manage pace and avoid being passed. Will it work? We will find out at the MONACO GRAND PRIX!

Man the special F1 liveries have been really hit (Red Bull Japan GP, Haas Japan GP) and miss (Ferrari Miami, this McLaren livery) so far.
 
If Leclerc didn't have bad luck he'd have no luck.
 
He's now fastest though, and Stroll is out of the session whilst they change his gearbox.

Haas rookie Ollie Bearman has been given a grid penalty for the Monaco Grand Prix after the stewards found him guilty of a red flag breach during practice.

He’s been starting on the back row anyway the last few races, so won’t change much.

edit: Oh damn, he did. Finishing P5 isn't bad. Charles looking good. Max almost three tenths off?! McLaren looking OK-ish.

Ready for Max to break the Ferrari hearts once again. Pretty sure his FP3 lap was on mediums, vs Leclerc on the softs.
