I installed a new windshield visor today. Hopefully this should keep the sun at bay during track days.

So here's the tires I'll be getting this spring. They're the new Toyo R888R. This winter I'll be installing racing seats and hopefully the manual transmission.
Until then, here's some tire porn.

Also if you have any wheel suggestions that you think would look good, feel free to show me your ideas. I have a few that I've been looking at but I'm open to some ideas.

Just to give some updates, these are the wheels that the R888R's will be mounted on. These are the seats that I ordered around 2 weeks ago. They should be delivered by mid April. They are the Red Suede Braum Elite Series Racing Seats.

No, it's still going to be driven on the street so I'm not going with a full bucket seat yet, maybe in the future though.

Driving track cars on the street kinda sucks.
 
So I was just informed by Braum that the seats that I am getting are actually this color red. Must have said the wrong part number. No big deal though, these look good too.

So I was kind of forced to get the tires today, had a blow out driving up to the track today, so couldn't do the track day. I've got one on the 30th though at the same place. Ended up going with a silver rim with the R888R's.
