Yup, I see something that says "game-content download" on the back of my xbox 360 FH2 box.

Should I scan my box or something?

I know you're joking, but I'm going to do it anyway.

Yeah, it says it right on the box. I don't see why Turn 10 would have that there unless they're possibly going to add DLC to the 360 version after all.

You know, on the plus side, maybe I should be thanking T10/Sumo/whomever. I now have almost no desire to support their company, and I have to save money for a trip to Europe in the Spring. They're helping!

Regarding the chase cam - I use it for the off road stuff as it's the only way to see above the shrubs you smash through in most cars. For normal racing I stick to the bumper or hood cam.

I'm not a huge fan of the in-car cam because of its low FOV. Forza 5 had a wider FOV and allowed you to see a lot more. It seems that Horizon 2 has you hunched over the wheel.

They just need to blur out anything beyond the bonnet and it will be like you've aged 70 years and have to hunch over the wheel.

I prefer the Horizon 2 cockpit cam because it is more focused on the road,
in Forza 5 I see too much of the interior, it's like the seat is leaned all the way back.
It can get frustrating in some race cars where the windshield seems really small in that view.:boggled:

I have been trying the chase cam for a bit to see if I could get used to it, yea I can but I guess it comes down to how immersed you want to be. I always want the best possible 'realistic' factor when playing driving games. Hell, I even lean in my cockpit when using my wheel while turning, lame, I know!:O

The chase cam is really helpful for the cross country events, I often lose track when I stay in cockpit.

You know, I enjoy the 360 version of Horizon 2, despite it being the "inferior" version and having some questionable gameplay decisions such as One players getting better wristbands sooner than 360 players. After playing Horizon 1 consistently over the past two years, I was just happy to have a new, bigger map to drive around in. But this just breaks the camel's back for me. What a blatant attempt at making the Xbox One version look better. They're trying way too hard to get people buy it.

Did they really think this was a smart idea? The Xbox 360 is far from dead, as the One is only 11 months old. They still have a strong user base on the 360, so shafting them like this was a bad move on their part. Ending Forza on the 360 like this is just going to leave a bad taste in people's mouths and will make them less likely to get a Xbox One in the future.

After hearing the recent news that current Fanatec wheels have a good chance at being compatible with the Xbox One, I eventually wanted to get the system so I can get the better Horizon 2 experience. But I'm starting to have second thoughts now. I hope these business practices aren't a sign of things to come because otherwise, there's a very low chance of me ever getting an Xbox One.

A shame that the last Forza game on the 360 is getting treated like this.
I took my tinfoil hat off but he's saying what I'm thinking. I was going to get the 360 version but I can't be bothered now. :indiff: XONE here I come.

I prefer using exterior view so I can look at the car I'm driving, though I have been getting into the habit of using cockpit view lately.

Anyhow, I'm in the process of beating every single race division of the events in the first town. I'm past halfway done already.

I just downloaded it last night, (Xbox 360) so far I've only done the first race and a few minutes of free roam. So far I'm thrilled with the extra open space, it not perfect, but will hold me over until The Crew comes out later this year. Now that might be enough of a nudge to jump to the next gen...

Has anyone else noticed on the capris front bumpers that one indicator is orange, and the other is white?

I also had a bit of trouble with the Ford RS200 golf course level but once I had a couple of skill chain perks under my belt it was real easy. I guess I'm more of a racer than a drifter.

How did you complete this Bucket List??...Having issues with it....Also haveing a hard time to "ignore the road in a Bowler" Bucket List......I try to go straight as an arrow but keep hitting trees..

I really want the Mazda Furai in because I want to see the Quad-4 rotary put in it. That'd be unbeatable. Plus there are very few pre-tuned cars in FH2 currently; not even the Zonda R.

I had my first taste of online yesterday in FH2. I was surprised that out of 12 people on the road trip, we only had one person who was a bit like a drivatar (in other words, they attack the players). It was mainly tuner cars, lots of BRZ's and 86 GT's. And me? I had my General Lee. :D And I won the game of infected, and placed 2nd in the races. Pretty good for a near stock Charger.

What route are you taking for the Bowler one? There's the dirt road with a fenced off lake to the left. Are you on the left side of that lake, or the right? I was trying on the right with the dirt road until I found out that there was a better way on the left. Then I got it first go, but was still really close.

I think Im to the right......Is this dirt road your talking about is at soon as you take off??....The "route" that the game puts out for you goes right at the beginning..but I would go straight dodging trees....

I love, love the Furai. But I hope it's not ever included in FH2. After FH1 promised "festival-appropriate, road cars" and then threw a bunch of track-only vehicles in like the F40C, F50GT, and Zonda R, I appreciate that every car* in FH2 is a road-legal vehicle. I hope it stays that way.

* - I'm not familiar enough with the very old cars, like the DBR1 or similar, to know if they were ever completely road-compliant.

Was this in a Forza game? I saw this at a car show and I loved hole it sounded. Hopefully it'll be in a DLC.
