Was this in a Forza game? I saw this at a car show and I loved hole it sounded. Hopefully it'll be in a DLC.

A little big of trivia: the six-cylinder engines in Aston Martins from the 1940s to the 1960s were designed by W.O. Bentley. Yes, the same Bentley who started his own car company. When Rolls-Royce bought the Bentley company in 1936, W.O. Bentley left after signing a non-compete agreement. He went to work at Lagonda as chief engineer where he designed a superb inline-6. David Brown bought Aston Martin after the war (the DB in Aston Martin names refers to his initials) but Aston was stuck with a 30 year old 4-cylinder engine. So Brown bought Lagonda to get that Bentley-designed six-cyliner engine. That's why the company was called Aston Martin Lagonda for so many years.

I love, love the Furai. But I hope it's not ever included in FH2. After FH1 promised "festival-appropriate, road cars" and then threw a bunch of track-only vehicles in like the F40C, F50GT, and Zonda R, I appreciate that every car* in FH2 is a road-legal vehicle. I hope it stays that way.
Those cars were so cheesy, and they certainly didn't help stem the tide of "all R1 class all the time" lobbies in multiplayer...

On the other hand, the 11,000RPM scream of that F50GT was worth it every time I got roped into an R1 race. :)

How did you complete this Bucket List??...Having issues with it....Also haveing a hard time to "ignore the road in a Bowler" Bucket List......I try to go straight as an arrow but keep hitting trees..
As far as the RS golf course one is concerned I just did what I did the first time I attempted it ie head for the grassy areas at high speed and try to catch ultimate drifts and a little air. This didn't work until I tried it again after getting one of the skill perks. I think it was the drift star perk. But basically I just threw the car around.

They're not exactly ignoring it. Just treating it like a redheaded stepchild.

I hope this doesn't mark the point where Turn 10 start to renege on their promises wholesale like racing game developers on other platforms. They've always been comparatively straightforward and reliable so far. Personally I hope they release some content for 360 owners. The game is only a few days old so perhaps it's a little early to read out the riot act.

The problem is the lack of DLC isn't the only compromise being made with the 360 version. Not only is there no DLC for the 360 version but:

- No Forza rewards
- 360 players are reporting they can't get photos they've taken from the storefront
- 360 players only get 2,500 Cr. per level up, regardless of level
- No Wheelspin feature in the 360 version

There's no excuse for such simple features to be left out or to make it harder for 360 players to accumulate money and cars.

I dont think I get any amount of money just for leveling up(besides the wheel spin for each level), but I heard the photo thing is a bug thats being worked on. Your point still stands though.

There's also the wristband issue: Level 150 just for Bronze, and 500 for Gold.

I know you're joking, but I'm going to do it anyway.

Yeah, it says it right on the box. I don't see why Turn 10 would have that there unless they're possibly going to add DLC to the 360 version after all.

Kotaku's running an article currently about FH2 on the 360 and it not recieving DLC. You should comment with this picture there.

I don't have an account on that site and I don't really feel like getting one just to post a picture showing the DLC label on the back of my Forza Horizon 2 cover.

Anyway, yeah; I'm surprised that Turn 10 made their 360 port of Horizon 2 so lackluster still. It's baffling on how they thought that it was a good idea to do so. With that said, I hope they do something about it; improving the credit payout for the races as an instance would be a good start. So would fixing all of the blasted bugs on the game.

I seem to be stuck at 240 car photos, has anyone gone passed that?

Also, anyone having issues driving through speed traps, where it clocks you with a Personal Best but on the leaderboards it still has you at your last PB. i figure it is server issues but just wondering.

I only have about 205 car photos so far. I don't know about the speed traps. I've still got to trigger one or two and I never check the leader boards.

I found the last two roads I needed for all 315 last night. I couldn't figure out where they were, then I filtered everything off on the map so I could see nothing but the roads, and after carefully moving around the map close in, I was finally able to see a short connector road at the airport, and a short street in NE Nice that I hadn't driven.

I did the second set of 15 bucket list challenges last night. It took me a while to figure out I had to turn on the second set of 15 from the pause menu, which is a bit odd. At least it looks like there is going to be a third set somewhere down the road. I really dislike the "earn XXX,XXX skill points in X minutes" challenges. I really struggle with them. I much prefer the "get to the finish in X minutes" challenges.

You keep going past but it won't track it since there is not enough cars for the next tier. If you exit out of photomode and pay attention to the area at the bottom of the screen where your rivals info pops up it will show how many you actually have.

The biggest bummer so far is that the huge jumps behind the airport are completely missing from the 360 version. :(
Oh, and no Ram Runner. Bastages...

Spent all night last night getting the fast travel boards only to find that I don't want to fast travel anywhere because driving is so much fun. To do this I used a Land Rover Defender that feels like it's glued to the road. It's definitely a lot easier to find the boards by switching to chase cam mode momentarily.

Every time you switch on there's something new and addictive to do - I'm so busy playing this game I've hardly even got enough time to take my barely played copy of Destiny down to the shop to trade against Middle Earth: Shadow Of Mordor (I hope this game plays as much like the Arkham games as the hype suggests).

Even further off-topic somebody abandoned a Countach on Tower Bridge the other day. I know how he feels. Loved this car in FM5 but not so much in Horizon 2. Thankfully this underlines that there's a real difference between on- and off-road driving mechanics in the game.

Playing the 360 version and have a couple of questions:

What's the point of wristbands? They don't seem to unlock anything.

Has anyone bought the treasure map yet? Is it worth the 300k?

Anyone found a decent cash cow? U think my best so far is running one of the Nice races with a Maserati that nets ~30k

So, I got this game complete with an Xbox One, and not one part of me regrets buying an Xbox One (at least this point in time) pretty much for Horizon 2.

It absolutely blows Horizon 1 out the water. All graphical differences aside (which are pretty significant) the map is absolutely incredible, and it feels a lot more diverse and interesting than Horizon 1's Colorado. There are also plenty of Vistas, and every road feels much more enjoyable to drive down than in Horizon 1. The races are just as, if not more fun, and I like how they've been split into classes, rather than just based on the performance index thing. Weather is amazing, as is the day/night cycle. I'm only just halfway through my 3rd championship, with one barn find, one showcase event, and less than half the map explored, but this has to be one of the best racing games I've ever played.

@E28 you should definitely pick up FM5 as well, the physics are ten times better than FH2's.

You've got to be kidding me.

Last checkpoint on the horizon finale, and apparently I missed it :|. Lead since the start, but stupid catch up means they still cross the line before I can turn around and go through it.

Hopefully I get get some Horizon 2 time in this weekend. Been severely hooked on Destiny this week and have fully neglected FH2. :O

Has anyone experienced audio bugs with engine sounds completely missing? I recently purchased the Nissan R32, and the engine sound is not there at all!! I've quit and restarted thinking it might be some cache issue or something, but to no avail, its still not working.

I actually was just about to post the same thing. I won my R32 GTR and get absolutely no sound from it at all.

An odd glitch I've come across twice now is in the second set of Bucket List challenges. The car isn't visible, and the icon on the map cycles between green and not there at all. If you time pressing the X button correctly, you can do the challenge, and afterwards the car will always be visible. It happened to me in a Ferrari on the coast just west of Nice, and a Hennessey Venom in Saint-Martin.

I can't wait to discover all the roads, because I'm driving around like a lunatic marking these roads off and turning it into a really unsatisfying pure arcade racer and it's much deeper than that.

I really just want to settle into a realistic groove with timed moments of speeding, when the conditions allow.

Has anyone cracked the xp sign algorithm? It seems like I will have none on my map and then all of a sudden one will pop up, sometimes near me and sometimes across the map. Not sure how these are surfaced, I have 3 15k signs I really want to find.

I believe the way it works is one will light up if you happen to go close to it, like in line of sight. You might be cruising through a forest, drive past one not noticing it, but if you look on your map, it will light up.
