They have 4 wheels according to the game engine; it’s just that 2 of the wheels are so close to each other that they appear as one.

I'm assuming the Peel is the same way? And what about the Showcase bikes?

The Peel is the same way. If you look closely in the pause menu you can see that the wheels don't rotate at the same speed, so you can see it breaking the illusion of one wheel.

The showcase bikes are scripted entities with no real physics just like the trains. They follow a set path and can't be moved in any way - if you manage to get in front of one they just force you out of the way.
 
Found three unreleased barn finds today, the two last in no more than 5 minutes . What are they waiting for to release them???

Going back to the second expansion discussion, it is worth picking up on this in the MS Store description:

Get two game expansions at a reduced price! The Forza Horizon 4 Expansions Bundle gives you access to two game expansions when they become available. Each expansion introduces a new location, vehicles and gameplay. The first expansion will release in December 2018, the second expansion in the first half of 2019. The Forza Horizon 4 Expansions Bundle can be purchased separately or is included with the Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition or Ultimate Add-Ons Bundle.

So it is pretty much guaranteed the expansion will involve driving on new roads of some sort, most likely in a separate map to Horizon GB.

I remember there was some noise about a Goodwood Festival of Speed expansion, would fit in perfect considering the game is set in the UK

Though I'm not sure how they'd build a map for it considering the hillclimb itself its pretty small.

The roads around the estate are pretty fun, and there's a circuit there too and a rally stage up in the woods at the top of the hill. It's also not far from Portsmouth so if they did a shrunken version of that general area they'd get some good variety, and who could forget, Bognor Regis, fun for all the fam-- wait... Never mind.

They could split the pack between Goodwood Revival and the FoS so half the cars could be hill climb beasts and the rest could be vintage racers. A proper race circuit in a Horizon game could be good too, Goodwood circuit looks dull on paper but the elevation changes make it a bit more interesting.

Is Goodwood a big enough "thing" for anyone other than car nuts and people from the UK to know or care about though?

Perfect reason to put it in a game (again), IMO - it was in GT, after all, although Forza is much less a museum of all things car-related than GT is. But then again they only need to make the next pack fun, people wouldn't care if it was a Kim Kardashian x Die Antwoord x Liam Neeson three-way tie-in if it was fun enough. It'd have to be really fun, sure, but still.
 
Well this is a pretty boring stream so far. 20 minutes in and we've only seen that guy play Playground Games poorly. :/
 
Not a single peep about audio stuttering fixes, or laggy menus, or the 2nd expansion. Nothing. Just some knuckleheads bouncing off shipping containers in a Gymkhana Focus.
 
And no wall-riding fixes until (maybe) Update 7. Admittedly, that seems like such a small complaint compared to so many other issues.

They talked briefly about the stuttering and will work on it.
