Was afraid that after the demo, the full game was going to disappoint me. Boy, was I wrong...

The only problem so far is that I have been so busy doing stuff, I haven't had the time to have a proper roadtrip, enjoy the scenery and take some nice snaps yet. But there will be plenty of time for that.

All the drift and JB cars are available from the autoshow, I'm driving the DB5 around.
 
Does anyone know where you can get the 1970 Range Rover and the Austin FX4 Taxi?
 
Really enjoying the game so far and the way they are revealing two new cars per week is really refreshing. It's always good to sometimes mix things up.
 
I've got 15 minutes of work left to do, a 9 minute commute and after that I'm locking myself in the mancave with this thing for a few hours. :D
 
That muddy track with big puddles somewhere up in the moorlands was a great idea to complement the buggies and trucks. I wish there were more narrow asphalt roads across the map though. Most of the narrow ones are either gravel or dirt trails.
 
Just downloaded update 1 and about to hop on for the first time! I'm gonna have to keep this short somehow because I gotta get up in a couple hours lol.
 
I'm still working my way through the opening stuff, but so far I'm loving it, my only gripe is the usual tutorial crap Forza does and the smoke effects at checkpoints during street races looking pixelated.

Also, make sure you claim your Forza rewards, Horizon 4 didn't show up on the screen showing how much each game gets, but I still received rewards for the last 2 weeks.

This challenge is probably the hardest at Horizon Stories. More than Zonda of World's Fastest Rentals!

I played this game as soon as I got home (11:40 A.M. CST) and played all the way up to now! (Of course with a break somewhere in there)! All I can say is that I'm absolutely in love with this game!!!
 
How long is the tutorial? I hope Spring is the last part.
 
I only got to play 20 minutes before my other half wanted to go out for food and drinks :( still out but having a good time but that damn Forza is on the back of my head :lol:

Also, who was it that suggested Darius Flynt being beaten down to the point where he was your mentor in the Horizon festival? Isn't Rebecca pretty much that idea?

Twelve straight hours of playing and the game finally froze to the point of quitting on my OG XBone. I was in the middle of one of those hourly Forzathon Live events. I think I was so bad at drifting my XBox quit in embarrassment.
 
I dunno, people complained about the fact you could do emotes and dances during beauty spots, but I think there's nothing more hilarious then doing the Carlton when you're looking out at the lake in Derwent Water.
 
Picked up the Charger and got in the first couple races. Man, a couple times mid-race I found myself glancing up at the scenery and just saying "wow"...

I managed to pull myself away so I can get some zzz's before a busy day tomorrow. In the evening I'll get back to Horizon in earnest. Can't wait!! :D
 
The Macan I won from a regular spin is the perfect car to go exploring in in winter. :) :drool:
 
So have PG said anything about changing the fact that you can't turn the music off completely, you can only set it down to 1 on a 10 scale?
