I don't know how accurate it is if you looked at all the DLC car data, but to me it felt like the 90's had been forgotten about in the last couple of games.

They added something like 25 cars from the 90's. Including series 22. Although some could argue that the 3 FD Nissans 240 and the Hoonigan Escort aren't really cars from the 90's. But they are.

The MR2 wasn't in FH3 either. Not sure if it was cut since it's an outdated model or something, but that one has been MIA since FM6.

This is just a complaint, but the "Pokeforza" system in FH4 is still terrible. I really hate this.
With the FH3 I had the garage of my dreams. My ST205 collection is available in a variety of classes and on tarmac and gravel, all with different livery.
To me, this car is more than a Ferrari or a Lambo, it's a hero, and enjoying this car in its various tunes and livery has been the greatest joy.

But that's not going to happen with FH4. I already have a "one" ST205. ...Yeah, just one thing.
The words, "You just have to apply the tune or livery every time" are no consolation or solution to the problem.
I don't just want to use the ST205 in various tunes and livery, I want to get my dream garage collection of various ST205...
It's like telling someone who has lost a precious dog to "You get a new dog".

I can only hope that the opportunity to have the ST205 again will come as soon as possible.

Sniping one out of the auctions shouldn't be too hard now since the car is still in the rotation. More people getting it means more cars being posted constantly. Since you really like the car I'd say it's worth investing 30 minutes spamming a button sequences to get a second or third one.

When the car is out the prize pool it's value will start slowly creeping up and the hoarders who sniped tenths of them while it was available will start flooding the auctions with them at inflated prices. For instance the MK3 Supra was going for 9m a couple of days ago when I bought a duplicate, and the 2000GT is sitting at around 12m, then you get cars like the Performante that go for 20m all day every day and disappear within seconds of being posted - so if you want more than 1 of your Celica now is the time to go get it.

And don't get me wrong I absolutely hate this forced exclusivity/time limited nonsense they insist on pushing. Locking away content from players solely based on the fact that they weren't here during a specific week of the year to play their chore list is ridiculous and the fact that we have to resort to things like mindlessly spamming key sequences in the hopes of snagging a car faster than a bot makes matters worse. But it is what it is, don't let stuff like that take away from your enjoyment of the game.

I just hope before the game goes EOL they make these cars available in the autoshow or wheelspins because it would be a shame if they pull a Horizon 3 and just forget about em.
 
Yeah, I've already stayed in AH the whole time and kept losing...
I haven't felt this much despair and anger in this game since I went to get the Austin FX4 shortly after its release. I kept losing at AH that time too.:(

If you're not doing this already try to snipe in horizon solo, being in an online session makes everything slower.
Also what I like to do is spam Y while it's searching, this way if there is a car posted the option menu will pop up pretty much instantly. Then you wanna press down and double A as quick as possible - It's really muscle memory after all, Y > Down > A > A.

I guess as long as you're still connected to the internet, you can use the AH in Solo. I haven't done it yet, so I don't know if that's how it works.

Solo mode was the default for the previous Horizon games and the Auction house still worked. As long as the game has an internet connection you can use the auction house.
 
It took me since launch, but I finally purchased the last two cars in the Auto Show. I had just the McLaren F1 GT and Shelby Daytona left.

I now have every car minus the PO Camaro (still kicking myself for missing it).
 
Am the I only person that isn't excited by the VW Beetle as the 50% prize for this season? Besides the fact that I've already got one I can't be bothered with this seasons events. Got the Celica and thats all I need.

I only needed the Celica as well, but I'll try to complete most of the season anyway. Otherwise I'll miss the Mercedes-Benz W154 for 80% series completion, which I still don't have.
 
Of all the people to get banned. I was looking through that thread on Twitter. I saw a few people who said he was supposedly caught with an unreleased car early, which I don't believe considering how much he supports Forza. I wouldn't be surprised if he had early access to the new cars.
Either way, I hope it gets resolved. I have a lot of his designs and tunes.

I was saving up points for the Pista over the last few days but ran out of time (and had awful luck with Forzathon live yestereday). Now I'll put those points towards this Mustang instead. Was a bit bummed about not getting the Pista but this more then makes up for it.

Looking forward to driving the Puma

He said in a YouTube post that everything is cleared up. He has been unbanned. However, he won't be able to access his Creative Hub for a bit.
 
Hmmm... the Aventador LP750-4 SV is now simply called Aventador SuperVeloce in the Car Select menu. That's odd.
