Oh, I can see it now... 20+ games will be prerendered movies without actual in-game footage or gameplay or release date...
The news I really want to see are the rumored portable and a new controller with haptics, maybe a hint of a future FH game.

Wouldn't push your luck. The market for racing games in general is very small and I bet 20 dollars that half of them will be major failures. I know this because Microsoft has made poor releases in recent years. They even shut down 4 studios a few weeks ago.

I'm quite impressed with the fact that Forza seems to have managed to finally remodel a returning car from a classic game, and has somehow made it worse. There's now a huge, unpaintable chrome block on both sides of the Esprit Turbo

I think it looks great in white. I like the look. I need to experiment with different colour schemes.

While it may be kinda annoying how dumb people are, I still find the Trial to be the least tedious part of the playlist. While the morons are usually annoying, sometimes they are amusing... can't say the same about running over pinatas or taking a picture of some random car I don't care about.

That being said, it would be cool if they would give us some Trial-oriented quick chat options. We probably couldn't have any for the things we actually say during the Trial for "Rated E for Everyone" reasons, but they could still come up with some that are fitting. How about:

• I would fire you all if I could.
• How do I vote to kick?
• Shame you will also get the prize.
• Can I change teams?
• Welcome to my backpack.

I have 'Donkey' set as a chat option for when I'm doing The Trial. It does it's job too, it really annoys some people 😂😂😂.

If the trial looks like it's taking any of the routes through town you can guess the end result easily enough.

To be fair bud the AI were the culprits this week. My team mates were all spot on, the bloody AI all drove like they were p155ist. We even had an AI parked up in the tunnel 😂😂😂. We won in two races unsurprisingly.

I remember one time back during trial few season ago, it was using range rover cars for cross country. We won first and lost second races. On the third races which is a circuit cross country, one of my teammates (random people) decided to wait near the start finish to ram the AI in front. It was successful. We won that round partly thanks to that guy.

I've been in plenty of races where one of the players on my team sacrificed his position by holding back the AI cars. They would block them and hold up almost all the AI cars while the rest of us flew by and took the top spots. Respect to those clutch players out there.

Apparently, some version of the Aventador has became the most voted car, but nil. Playground's already prolly finalized the lineup for the next series.

That highly requested car is either the GR Yaris or the SLR McLaren. By the way, from my sources on Discord, the Aventador variants got spam voted in 2 days (1,600 in total) just cause "Forza "requires" the Aventador Ultimae and S". How clout chasing. Whomever ordered the spam better play Assetto Corsa instead on their PCs if they want to get infinite versions of the Aventador.

Honestly the Revuelto wouldn’t be a bad choice if it’s the ‘highly-requested car,’ though I suspect with it being the cover car in The Crew Motorfest there might be some exclusivity that stops it.

Forza Horizon 5 has 4 Aventadors - I don't even have to count the deriatives (Veneno etc) to say we have plenty enough Aventadors as is, if not too many - infact, the latest comments suggest something is/was going on (the thread eventually got locked ). Multiple accounts? Some kind of mass voting due to an influencer? Think only god knows the answer to that one.

And I do 100% agree with everyone else on other Lambos deserving attention btw. 350GT? Urraco? Jalpa return? Jarama return? Even more Gallardo/Murcielago variants would be preferable at this point.

Yup, something was really off, with one of these children celebrating the x variants of the Aventador hitting 2k votes etc and wanting the Aventador to be added in FH5 cause "I wAnT tOo BiB fAiRwElL tOo Da AbEnTaDoR". Luckily, people like this guy in the forums stood up. The thread apparently is now closed. We need more men like this user to humble the hypercar wanting babies.

I completely agree with both of you. It’s amazing to me that the 350 GT (or the updated 400 GT) has never been in a video game. I mean, look at it!

I’d add the Islero, too. Possibly the best FR V12 Lamborghini ever made.

Indeed, we already have the base Aventador, the J, the SV and the SVJ after all.

For those of us wondering "what other Aventador could even be interesting enough?" these are the options:

We have the J already, so a roadster is just kind of in between a hard top and the J. Not really compelling.
The S is just a few minor tweaks on the base model, not comparable with the SV and definitely not with the active aero in the SVJ.
The Ultimae is just a standard Aventador with the SVJ power train.

The only one I could justify would be the special 50th anniversary model, which seems to have a redesigned rear end. But in FH5 performance terms it's near identical to a standard Aventador, so what's the point?


So yeah, something weird is going on for people to vote for this category. I agree it's probably joke votes.

Same goes to the Estoque and Asterion, I'd prefer either of them to a new Aventador. Both are amazing concepts. I'm surprised these two barely appear in any games.
