Today is the 8th. The demo wont be out until tomorrow morning the 9th.

As with DLC (and all the other stuff on XBL), it'll be scheduled according to the time in the US, not according to your local time. It's like 1 AM there, so it'll take another 14 hours or so until the demo is available, if I'm not mistaken.

Most of the XBL stuff supposedly update around that time.
