Just did the famous towel trick and got it working but it froze up twice in about 5 minutes. I'm going to let it chill out for an hour or so and give it another shot.
I hope that derka derka trick works for you.. Watch out for the magic smoke becaus it sure heats your 360 up bigtime. If you don't have a warrenty anymore, fix the heatsink. It's getting looser by time.. Goodluck!!!!!! Hope to see you back online soon
As soon as it went from 3 lights to 2 I took the towel off and turned my ceiling fan on high. I did manage to try the console for about 5 minutes about an hour ago and worked without a problem. It's getting late so I may just wait until tomorrow to give it a more thorough test.
Tried the xbox again and the RROD is back. Just took apart the xbox and took out the 10 pounds of dust that was inside. I put it back together and now trying the towel trick again. Wish me luck.

Decided to break up the leaderboard car monotony of the Suzuka event.
57.620 (third place) in a Toyota MR-S. I lose a ton of time to Aeterius off the last turn, I can't seem to get a good line out of there, and again I'm down on acceleration. Gonna call that DONE.

Got the xbox working again this morning. Played for well over an hour with no issues at all, however I think the true test will be the next time I try and turn it on.
I did get up to 3rd in qualifying though. 0:57.408

As most of you guys already know, I have been having console problems the last couple days. I'm still going to try and host the race on Saturday but if something should happen where I can't, MuchoJimbo (aka Yo Def) is aware of the problem and will host the race if I am not able to.
Yeah that MR-S handles like it's on rails if you buy the right combination of parts. Just doesn't quite have the acceleration of some of the other cars but I think if I can get the perfect lap down I can get a 56.999. I'll most likely give it another go tonight if the xbox holds up.

The MR-S is awesome, but I suck at the first and last turn (thats where I lose the extra 1.5), and with its crappy acceleration you can't afford to not be perfect on those two turns.
I'm assuming you are all using slicks, aero, suspension, and other basic mods to meet the PI level? What's the power and weight on the Civic and Miata?
And I could probably push that down to a 56.5 with more laps and more effort but it's just getting so hard to put that perfect lap together. So much commitment is needed in the first corner and so much flow for the esseses.
Ahh, I forgot your basically a half a day ahead of us here in the North America. 2pm tomorrow here should be 5am tomorrow for you. Hope you don't mind getting up early.

It's the 92 Toyota Supra upgraded and tuned however you want for B-class. There is a loaner in the club garage that is already B/500 for anyone that needs one to use today. Just look for "The Loaner".
Well here is the story. I was going to to look at the A6s because I liked the previous models. It turned out that they are pretty butt ugly so that was out of the question. The S5 was too small and the A7 and A8 were too big haha. So this is what I settled on... the S4 with all the options. It's grerat because it was under my budget too and shes a beauty! Thought about waiting for the RS4 but I think I'm good for now.
I didn't see much lag going on either. Great clean racing today. I'll post the full results of our 15 lap Supra race along with some pictures later tonight.
