I might enter a part time position in this series if that's ok with you all?

What cars in the series have the fewest number of drivers to them? I'll probably go with that one just to lessen any hassle, since I know there's a limit of 4 or 5 of the same car...

As Gokartman said, Nissan, Renault, BMW available :)

Don't take the standard car, it ruins pictures.

More standards will be in future seasons. However the ugliest won't be. Would have had the Audi S3 in this season but it was literally jagged pixels :yuck:

My car felt the same, just understeer and not loose at all, surprising the car felt awful at the end of Race 1, it understeered so bad for the last 3 laps, I lost like 3 seconds to cars ahead and I was only losing 0.2 to Snow each lap and even matching him sometimes.

So RWD's in general then perhaps?

Not sure, my pace was in the low 48s for the whole race until about lap 22 when it totally lost all front grip and it sent me down into the 49s.

Thanks for the insight guys! As I said, I'll probably just end up joining part-time as I really have to think about other things in my life right now. I'll run with the Renault, then.

Part time is fine 👍

Peugeot's goal for the season: Beat Hyundai and possibly challenge Range Rover...
That is if we can qualify :sly:

Brands is just Round 1, the car has more potential at Silverstone and Willow Springs along with Ascari(not as much). The other tracks it ain't that special(Spa and Nurb/D were awful).

However at Silverstone the car is very good in the corners but it doesn't quite have the torque on the straights.

Thanks Furi. Oh, I'll have to add you on PSN, too. I'll get to that in a minute....

Anyone plugged laps at Silverstone yet? What are the magic numbers for lap times right now?

Around 1:14 IIRC?

HSV said he did a 1:06 but taking his normal aggressive I guess he used quite abit of run-off while doing that, also expecting the BMW to be fast.

Also did HSV drop to the back in Race 2, I don't remember him at the back, I remember Scania since he passed me but don't remember him.

Reverse grid actually kept grid in correct order :odd:

Yeah, noticed that unless someone disconnects mid-race, the game now keeps track of positions from last race, so even if someone leave and re-enter a lobby after a race, the game still knows where to place that person for the next race... 👍

Didn't happen in the Clios though, I had to drop to the back for Race 3 after I was placed at the front(instead of the back as I finished 3rd) after clearing my cache.

Red flag procedure now, only if on lap 1 however:

Grid re starts, 50mph / 80kph pace lap, leader can go from start of the pit wall (prevents stacking like last night).

Also as you can see Plato had joice of when to go as well, I made that mistake yesterday of saying wait until the line. Was my mistake, had to act quick with a 50 second lap and a red flag, so apologies to all for that inconvenience.

can we try and do a soft tyre race aswell?

Not for this season at least. I fear it might be too complicated to manage and check everyone using the right tyres. With replay also horrendously unstable its hard to check. Besides tyre compounds make way too much difference in grip level and lap time right now.

So is the rolling start being investigated as I may of gone slightly before the leader had crossed the line

Silverstone is a strong track for the Renault.. Good long straights to claw some of the slower cars in. The only thing needed is to allow for drafting which means increased speed in the gear ratios...
