That was end R1 I think, 3 way battle for the lead or 2nd?
 
Change the camera view quickly. It happened to me on Willow Springs Race 2 Replay from Clios.

Lap 2 or 3. Pretty sure it was 2.
 
Change camera views, that solves my issues.

Did you open the replay right after you saved it?
 
I know you are, but the only way to get them working is to immediately open them once saved. Otherwise there's an overwhelming chance they get corrupted in some way.

As soon as you exit the lobby, open the replay and let it run for a bit. Otherwise you'll almost certainly have a buggered replay file.
