I found the adress for selected car.Now we can edit its parts.I found CHASIS ,ENGINE, DRIVETRAIN,TRANSMISSION,LSD,Suspension and Brake adresses.
Good news part codes are same with GT4.I used engine codes for GT4 and it worked.
Here are the codes
EDIT:These codes are for US version of GTPSP they dont work on EU version.
(These are sample empty adresses you must enter values to work)

All we need is now GT4 parts list.I m sure here there are lots of list.I found some lists on this site and tried them.

Now selected car of yours has Skyline R34 GTR m engine. :D
I m sending some lists for parts.Codes work same just replace them.
After changing part ,reselect the car.
Some of them not working with all parts.Be carefull these lists are for GT4.Not all the cars are in GTPSP.

Edit:If you add to car your favorites it stays tuned :D (Stays after restarting)

Parts list is not fully functional.Dont use modifying parts.etc. race exhaust ,sport suspension.
But you can use normal parts from race cars.
codes are like this

Use the values exactly.but address are for gt4.For gtpsp use my codes.
The tires on the list are for GT4 .GTPSP has different values.

I finally found all the addresses for gtpsp.
Quick tune settings are editible trough codes but they stay between default ranges.Same as power and weight.Its not possible to adjust power setting other than Drift mode.
Big news is gear ratioes.Its possible to adjust gear ratios.That means you can fine tune your transmission.Also there is a auto-setup option(like GT4 it adjust all ratioes together)

Example:
F1 transmission has a narrow auto setup.

Change the 15F4 value with a smaller one like 0A00 .
You get more top speed.

Do not activate all of them at the same time.Try different combinations.We have a lot way to go :)I found a GT4 part list file from old hybridding times.Its huge.I may need help to edit it.I m posting it now.
The file format is like this:

I noticed that the Escudo engine wont work in FF cars, but work fine in FR MR and RR cars, and of course AWD, weird

That may be my fault.I have forgotten to convert codes from codepr format.If you are using cwcheat try now again.I edited codes they are now cwchat format .Sorry :(
 
As i'm not good in hex coding, can someone post 'plug & play' cwcheat engine codes for: bugatti veyron, polyphony f1, escudo, etc?

and what does RACE MOD mean? It changes the cars race modification? what does that mean?

I m sure there are good hybriders out there.I m experimenting my self too.We are just starting there will be much more in time .

That wouldnt matter, PR cheats are valid as floating point cheats in cwcheat, but i tried anyway and still the same.

oh well ill just convert FF cars to FR with the drivetrain mod :D

Thats odd.One of my first tries with Polo and worked.May be game differs from version to version.I m using US version with starting car Megane.
Disable the codes change your car and goto engine address .Than check if it matches the list.

I m now editing old GT4 list.(sent before).try to make it usefull.
I made almost 20 xls files and its still going.I will put all the parts but i m not sure they will all work.Forexample if you install a racing exhaust you get a UFO car(42000 hp )or install a wrong chassing you get -1 weight and your car flies :)
But normal parts are working.You can install a ruf exhaust to Golf :D
 
It appears to only be the escudo engine, which is even more odd...

But drifting a 1201BHP (btw is bhp british hp or brake hp in this game) Corolla is REALLY fun! I dont see why people need TCS with high power RWD cars...

EDIT: Also, its awsome that it seems to save my 'customized' car.

Thanks.That ruf is a freak.I tried to use 3400 race exhaust from GT4 but it didnt worked.The modifications are not working.All cars have standart parts only but you can use race car parts.

I dont think that will be permanent.But i found address code for car id.If itworks like i want that will be possible to overwrite any car with any car body.
I found also tire codes but they are different from gt4 so i dont have a database for tires.But manually every part can be obtained from selected car.
If you know whre to look.Just select the car and go to part address trough ram browser there you will see the values.
I m also adding a parts list in the first post.There is a saple cheat.db file in it.
Try them have fun :D

Yes, for the most part, there is that psp action replay but it only works on psp 1000 and older psp 2000s, also i dont think you can normally have your own codes in the PSPAR

Codes work on US version of the game.I didnt test other versions by myself.
Parts may work but i dont know adresses.
Please test them and tell if they work or dont.
And dont forget to mention the region of your game.I will look in to that.

It's the US Version, and it still doesn't work. I'm checking if I overlooked something, but it's still odd. Oh, well.
 
Use one code at a time.Try engine code first.This is new GTR V-spec engine

After entering code ,reselect the car.Go to race menu check from there.You cant see in main menu .After racing once you can check from quick tune menu the power should be changed.

Download sample cheat.db file i posted before.
Edit values from there.
If you do everything right they must work .

Nope, nothing. I'm not using blank codes, i'm using codes I set up. For example, your GTR code and my GTR code look the same, except for the actual code name, and I'm fairly sure that doesn't make a difference. Anything else you recommend?
 
did you try the ones i posted, as hardtofind has been posting irregular cwcheats, he has been forgetting the ' 0x' bit, i subconciously fixed them while entering them into my DB
