New DLC Information Completely Revealed.​

Car Pack 3 will include the following vehicles and will be available in the PlayStation Store for $5.99

Nissan Leaf G 2011
Aston Martin V12 Vantage 2010
Volkswagen [Beetle] 1200 1966
Jaguar XJR-9 LM Racecar 1988
Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 2011
Mini Mini Cooper S Countryman (R60) 2011

In my opinion that's a pretty good set of cars..
Except for the Nissan they just HAD to squeeze in there.. :rolleyes:

The Speed Test Course Pack will also become available at that time for $3.99 which includes the Route X test course and an apparent new “Speed Test” mode that allows you to exactly measure your mile, quarter-mile, and acceleration numbers. Along with g-force.

The Drag Racers (myself Included) will hopefully be able to run this track online!
They must be saving the new NSX for a later DLC ?

I could care less for the Aventador, but adding it is fanstastic. and yes.

I was thinking along those lines as well.. BUT
I think they will only be Converting IMPORTANT cars,
Such Veyron, Supra, Terminator (SVT Cobra R), Countach, M3 E46 etc

edit: By Important, I mean, Popular Standards.

Same. Either the important cars, or the standards with the highest quality at present, such as those with modelled interiors (Caterham,Chaparral 2J,LMP's,FGT,etc)

Speak for yourself. I hate super cars. Can't wait to get my hands on the Beetle though.

EDIT: Well, I don't hate them, but I don't give a damn about them.
 
Love the car choice ....BUT 1960s Beetle? Why not 1960s Classic Japanese? At least they are good for racing and are sporty. Quite VW heavy these past 2 updates.

If I remember right Kaz said they wouldn't be converting standards to premiums in the DLC. Maybe the Jag in this pack was planned to be in game at release but wasn't finished in time and they decided to release it now. I guess it is the same situation as the XFR, Veyron and other cars that Kaz said couldn't be completed by the release date. There may exist premium versions of these cars finished or not that may be released via DLC or we may see it only in GT6 along some SEMA and Pebble Beach winners.

I have a feeling that the new Super Saloon from Jag (XKR) and the Veyron were amoung that list. The Jaguar Ecspecially because is it the newest (standard) model in the game, plus its graphics are pretty nice looking.
& the veyron beacuse.. well it's a veyron.

Ohh I gotcha, well hopefully some of the Standard Japanese Classics in the game couldn't be fully modeled in time, and will be converted in the future. The reason I commented on your reply was because I thought you were trolling, because most people say they have to many Japanese Rides in the Game.. :lol:
 
A tad steep, but I'm not one to complain about prices(nor am I cheap:p). Still this is going to be one epic DLC.

- Supercars
- Racecars
- One-off cars

Supercars and Racecars are what makes GT5 happen. With out them, What is a race game... ?
 
The best sounding dlc so far, but I still want a drifters pack :)
