I wonder that as well. While playing with some Online people, they had no clue as well.

I don't think it will ever "unlock." I think it is not in the game period. (Hope I'm wrong.)

You don't unlock it. It's actually the not so fully adjustable transmission....

So any clue for PATCH in the works to fix it? On the manual it says beginner may not wanna change each gears. bit odd.

This is one of the most strange things in this game (another one is the body rigidity costing 1/2 price of the car).

Anyway, what gives me hopes for "fully adjustable" transmission later either at higher levels (waiting to be unlocked) or by patch (an omission which to be fixed?) is the fact that you can see adustment buttons for each gear but you cannot go the cursor above them.

I am sure it will be fixed (or unlocked) soon... It's just stupid as it is now.

if you are not able to tune the gear i thinks thats the biggest joke i have ever seen, a real downer
