it's still a really great pic though. i love the colors too.

I love it, the car is very clean, the angle is sharp, the rims look superb. Blur that sky, and I will love it even more!

Looking good Funkshen, will check back when you got the Sky done 👍

I like it,, but I think your right about the sky though.. Still an awesome job:)

For not being inspired, the photo is incredible. As they said, a selective garussian blur is a quick method. The combination of colors and angle are lovely. Even with so high contrast the results are pretty reallistic. I've never expected so beautiful yellow NSX :D

Thanks everyone for the feeback, much appreciated.
P.S., Couldn't be effed fixing up the NSX shot.

Mmm, The textures are really off on this one.. like all of mine, of late. It must be something im doing on GT4, not taking attention of shadows etc when i take the shot. I understand that the buildings in the background are not at full capacity. This is done on purpose to add to the infrared look. Some may like, some may not. I can see the wheels aren't very detailed as i used to much contrast. I suppose we find inperfections in all of our shots... But make as you wish of it.

Very smooth on the reflection and the sky is perfect this time. The opacity on the buildings works for me, let's say a bit foggy that day. BTW this is a very convincing long exposure shot, since the sky is motion blurred ;) Great work man 👍

I couldn't agree more with Franz' post; the opacity on the buildings just gives it a foggy look, which is great somewhere like Brooklyn. The bit about long exposure is perfect too! I personally think the textures are pretty good here, some of the stuff in GT4 is simply unfixeable.

Awesome man 👍

Beautiful picture, I agree with both of the above persons there, lovely picture 👍

Thanks Franz, Slip and Ultra!, appreciate the comments. Theres always more clean-up available on pictures, but i simply lack the skill and patience. This example turned out alright, but it deffinetely can be improved.

very nice picture!! i agree with what everyone's said too. every effect on the picture just gives it a totally different perpsective. whether good or bad, all that matters is that everything blends together perfectly.

Did you motion blur the sky?

It looks very nice but if you look very closely, you can see the lights on the bridges and the edges of the picture being blurred with as well which makes it look weird but that's only a ini mini detail, nothing to worry about 👍

A very clear and crisp shot. I also love how the sky turned out 👍

I love the fog and composition. The sky is really sweet!!

Beautiful, the sky is perfect and reflections look very realistic :)

Thanks boys!, much appreciated.

Ultra: Your a picky basturd. The edges of the picture being "stretch blurred" as i like to call it, is me being lazy by not extending the canvas, it only occurs because the motion blur is going at such a high speed. The lights are meant to be like that. thanks.

Oh ok 👍

I won't be that picky any longer then

Be picky, doesn't bother, just dont be hypocritical. (im not intending you have been hypocritical, but dont be in the future)

Great SLR shot, also I like the cool mild colours.

One of the most beautiful shots around here Funk., really beautiful. Congrats:)

And for those of you who know me well, they would know im a very keen boogie boarder. heres a few snaps of a fairly recent road trip around some breaks on the east coast of Australia. It's such a beautiful place, with beautiful locations. It's no wonder i still live with my parents to fund these trips!! :ouch: :dopey:

your R/C car is cool, a nice thing to pass time:tup:
Those surf shots are insane, I guess Australia must be a great place to have some fun:tup:

Great looking rc car! 👍 Is that the car you used for your avatar? (Hope I'm not competely wrong about that...) The boogieboard shots are great. Wanna be at the ocean as well now I see them. I have been to australia twice. Great country. You can consider yourself lucky to live there. :)

Cool car, paint job looks really good and the rims appear to be very detailed.

On the wave shots, they're all good, but 1st one is high quality! Is that you inside the pipe? Nice! 👍

Are you entering the tournament? 2.0?

Why does your RC car look like a real life car?

Amazing RC car Funk, I saw it in the Hobby section but never got around to commenting. I have a RC drift car also, no where near as sweet as that one though. I really like how you did a professional job on the photos, great lighting.

Really nice boogie board shots, the first by far is the best. Love those shots looking down the barrel.

I can't believe this is my first comment in your gallery, you have really amazing shots. I look forward to seeing you in the Tournament and hope to see some more shots from you soon. 👍

I saw it in the hobby forum as well, it looks amazing 👍

Are you really a surfer? That's awesome 👍

Anyway, it's good to hear something from you, it's been a long time, I hope you're going to update with the GT4 shot soon 👍

Now I reckon your new avatar is a RC car :D
surf photos are cool but video would be much nicer
good one mate

NTX: Exactly right!!, a great way to pass time. And thanks!! I love Australia's east cost and am very lucky to live here!!

Freddy: Yes, that would be the Car in my avatar!! :) Next time you visit, if your anywhere close to Sydney we'll be sure to catch up for a beer!!

Beerzgood: Thanks!! the paint is a collection of 4 colours, and it came out pretty well exactly the way i wanted!! The first one would appear me to be in the shack! and i believe i got flogged seconds after the shot was taken, just a bit too deep ;) I am in the Tournament with a 2.0 entry! ill look foward to coming up against you if i get the chance!

Rayquaza: Im not sure!!, you tell me ;)

Drift2XS: Thanks heaps dude!! I tried to have the photo's show off the car as best i could!, im very pleased with the outcome. When i take a few snaps of the car with the lights on, ill post em up!! Thanks man! i like the first one the best too :) And you bet, ill see you in the Tourney.

UltraShot: Thanks dude!!, should of left a comment ;) You bet i am!! Not many people knew that. Cheers bud, hopefully ill get an update for the gallery soon!!

Franz: Haha! something tells me it is! Cheers, i have a few videos with footage of me on there, ill post a few links when i get around to it! Cheers.
