I've been in Tokyo several times, always saw these stickers but never loocked so close.... actually, I realized that these seats are for mothers and old people after several passengers stared at me ...^^
Oh, photoshopped.....

Yup. I think they call them "Silver Seat"? It's been few years, so I could be wrong or maybe they changed it. On the gag picture, they spelled the "seat" s h e e t. To me, that was the only funny part.
