**Semen is glucose. Energy for the sperm to swim to the egg. Technically it would be sweet, since it's glucose. But I don't know and only know one person who says it doesn't taste like much of anything. And no, I'm pretty sure it doesn't have protein in it, and the sperms are liekly much less nutritious than the semen itself, which only provides energy anyway.
