Alright, let's clarify:
British police is known for having polished manners and being courteous, while Biritsh food is usually very unhealthy and not veyr tasty (i.e.: fish and chips).
German technology... well I don't need to go into detail since we all know how good that is, and German police are known for being quite violent throughout history.
Italian food is really good in all its forms, from seafood to dough. But Italians are also very disorganized, since none of them speak the same language (there are about 20 variations of the language within Italy).
French are famous for their romantic forms and because Paris is supposed to be the capital of love. But since their cars only seem to work in Europe, they have a bad reputation in technology in the rest of the world.
The Swiss are very good at organizing things, but they are very cold people.
