The earth spins at about mach 1 and 2/3's, so yes, he would. in about 26 hours or so.

The skirts aren't 'shops, the images are printed like that on the skirt.
 
They're clearly 'shops. I can tell because of a few of the pixels and having seen a few 'shops in my time.

EDIT:
considering the angle of each photos, you cannot have a perfect fit.
If the image were really printed on the skirts, and you were to take a picture from another angle, it wouldn't turn out / look the same anymore ;)

I heard about this. They apparently have to pay like a $50 fine if they don't wear the vest. I was thinking - ok, charge a little extra. The "johns" will probably pay extra to not hire someone with a neon vest advertising that they're with a prostitute.

I would assume its to do with finger placement.

They keyboard / calculator you have your hands under it. The phone your hands go from the middle button down as you usually use your thumb.

However this doesn't really explain why its different on a "home phone", however i guess your hand isn't exactly resting on a desk either and is in Mid air "floating"
 
It's because of the letters on the numbers on the phone.
