That is back bacon. There are a few different cuts of bacon.
I don't even like bacon.
Seriously, I hate bacon. I only eat it when there's absolutely nothing else around to eat.
In that bacon/cheese roll picture what cut of bacon is it? I've never seen it before.
Same, people talk of crispy bacon but I have never had or seen crispy bacon in real lifeIn that bacon/cheese roll picture what cut of bacon is it? I've never seen it before.

Anal beads are funnier than bacon, especially when typed loudly.

is it because you looked at his avatar and it reminded you of some long long nights in prison? I hear one eyed willy doesn't play around especially when that eye is brown...
Damn. English people are weird.JK
But, all I know is that the bacon in that picture is from "pork belly." What would it be called? Belly cut.. ? I really don't know. But it is delicious.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pork_belly
WikiBacon is prepared from several different cuts of meat. In the United States, it is almost always prepared from pork belly. Elsewhere, it is more often made from side and back cuts, and bacon made from bellies is referred to as "streaky", "fatty", or "American style". The side cut has more meat and less fat than the belly. Bacon-cured pork loin is known as back bacon.
If by weird you mean not wasting any of the pig and not taking meat away from the tenderloins and roasts, then yes. It's you guys who is weird:![]()
The only warm ham we have is if you get it freshly cooked otherwise it is cold. What you'd call ham, we'd probably call Gammon (Usually served warm)
That's ham. Salt cured country ham is the best. It can be 50 years old and still be good. For us, ham is generally cured, cooked and served cold, sliced thinly.
