Huh? IMI were the manufacturer, along with Magnum Research (as on the gun in the picture you posted) there are very few in service with any armed service. A few of the smaller calibre models are, but very few are chambered for .50AE.
Pretty pointless gun when you can carry two .45 pistols AND ammo with the same weight penalty as the DE.

The gun was never intended for military service as it just doesn't make sense. There were rumours of vehicle crews using them, but again that makes no sense with the UZI and other small SMG's available.
