I hope no one finds this offensive...humour doesn't have to be accurate or politically correct to be funny-some or most times it works exactly the other way around.

insulin is a chemical produced by the pancreas. A diabetic's pancreas does not work correctly, so a diabetic needs extra insulin (delivered 90% of the time through needles)

Don't eat.

Go into a coma when your brain starves from lack of sugar.

My sisters pancreas doesn't work. She's not diabetic and doesn't need extra insulin. She's got cystic fibrosis. Sorry to be a kill joy, let the funny continue.
