Game Save file size - Solved with v1.06?

My game save grown in size, what should we do to lower it?

what do you mean? I still have my save to a big size, i never got the error message but i stopped playing after the alert. now i can play but what abot my save? will it grow?

is there anyway to "clean" it?

This is correct, if your save still wasn't over the 4165kb limit you can now continue to play with it.
The Patch 1.06 didn't solve the problem for people who already had the save of that size, at least is what i have been reading about in GTP
