gas tank cover left unpainted after painting gold chrome

I'd say it's probably intentional. If a normal paint doesn't cover it, Gold Chrome won't.

But why the gas tank cover? I understand that front lip/extensions/side skirt and CF hood (if it's not body colored) is not included in repainting. You guys experiencing the same with other premiums?
