Tekken is different. All Darren does is attack and I fall for small stuff. Its like he just hit buttons and thats all, I beat him like a certain times in a row before but its still fun to play.

You know I don't own a Stick for either platform, it kinda hinders my abilitys to pull of complex combos... one day I'll get one, I'm sure of it. End of.

I play Street fighter with the exact same controller you use...

and controller types have nothing to do with fighting game fundamentals.. I'm talking about how to play the game, not being able to pull off combos.

You don't need to have a wheel to know how to drive in a driving game... get where I'm going?

I can probably do the same combos on a controller. The arcade stick is just a controller. 1 frame links are harder though and shortcuts such as EGWF for Jin, Devil Jin, Kazuya, and Heihachi are hard to do.

Let me know if you want me to use a controller or stick.
Most notable controller users in SF are:
Inthul
Vangief
Wolfkrone

Learn your character, know what usually beats what. Though if you want to get into detail, learn frame data. High Risk= High Reward. If you want to play a good game, lets play HDR ( Super Street Figher High Def remix)

I can only soak in a little bit of frame data at a time. I honestly can't be bothered remembering that many numbers at once...

Let me know how long you guys manage to play before someone gets bored

I can't stand playing that game and 3SO for more than 30 minutes..

You play it

Who knows..probably hours depending on game.
I can probably do like 2 hours or so.

I used a secret boss character banned in EVO tournaments hehehe! ;)

And still lost...I think that you have a long way to go..

I only just found out about Akuma in HDR yesterday. Yes I have got a ways to go yet.

So basically what happens in this video is Lili does a Tag Assualt which is a new feature in TTT2 which works by binding a character and pressing the tag button. When you do this your second character comes in and you get to control them for usually a single combo string then control reverts back to the other character and you can continue the combo.
However there are some exceptions to the 1 string rule and that has to do with stances. If your character does a move that transitions into a stance you may continue a new string/ move from the stance. Perfect example in the video about Lee does b+2fn doing b+2 and canceling into Mist-Step which is considered by the engine a stance, and then he can cancel Mist-Step into another b+2fn into Mist-Step and so on.
However what happens in this video is, Lili is able to get a !B the puts the character behind her by doing WS+2 going into back-turn and doing 1+2 from back-turn immediately. So Lee comes out to do the Tag assault like normal except Lili in in front of Lee not behind. What’s special about this is Lili acts as sort of a semi-wall when she is placed like this. While Lili is in this position the push back on the moves Lee does in the combo which usually slowly increase as juggle length increases(think kinda like hit stun scaling in BlazBlue, MVC3, ext) is reduced.
Normally that wouldn’t mean much but Lee’s b+2fn because of it’s stance transition properties and his ability to do it into itself over and over allows Lee to about 10+
Tag combos ^

I'll stick with my hand-made controllers instead.... Honeslty, pimping the inside of a stick is like ricing out a car....

That's stupidly huge.

Pfffft. You really don't need THAT much space to hold buttons.. That's just luxury right there and quite frankly, I can think of less clunkier and more stylish ways to transporting spare parts.

I have a brief case from Harbor Freights
