So basically what happens in this video is Lili does a Tag Assualt which is a new feature in TTT2 which works by binding a character and pressing the tag button. When you do this your second character comes in and you get to control them for usually a single combo string then control reverts back to the other character and you can continue the combo.
However there are some exceptions to the 1 string rule and that has to do with stances. If your character does a move that transitions into a stance you may continue a new string/ move from the stance. Perfect example in the video about Lee does b+2fn doing b+2 and canceling into Mist-Step which is considered by the engine a stance, and then he can cancel Mist-Step into another b+2fn into Mist-Step and so on.
However what happens in this video is, Lili is able to get a !B the puts the character behind her by doing WS+2 going into back-turn and doing 1+2 from back-turn immediately. So Lee comes out to do the Tag assault like normal except Lili in in front of Lee not behind. What’s special about this is Lili acts as sort of a semi-wall when she is placed like this. While Lili is in this position the push back on the moves Lee does in the combo which usually slowly increase as juggle length increases(think kinda like hit stun scaling in BlazBlue, MVC3, ext) is reduced.
Normally that wouldn’t mean much but Lee’s b+2fn because of it’s stance transition properties and his ability to do it into itself over and over allows Lee to about 10+
