Interesting how the Lotus 77 says Team Lotus Special on the side. It's obviously a censored version of the JPS livery, but was the TLS livery ever used in real life? I recall F1 2005 having the Team Lotus Special text as well.

Anyway, it's really nice to see Goodwood in GT6. It's such a legendary place for car enthusiasts, and I hope to be able to go there myself one day. Now let's just hope the hillclimb is integrated into the game better than the Top Gear content was in GT5.

Well in photos on their website yes, I would. Or I expect them to, I should say. That's why I find it odd.

Seriously, with a straight face, you can still say that anything that PD does is "odd" at this point. "Odd" is normal at PD. Anything normal and expected would be "odd"

One issue potentially - do you think this would be available online? Because I see no way of getting a 16 car grid through here. And being point to point there ain't multiple laps.

I imagine it'll be time trials only. What would be wonderful is, if PD sets it up so that it has it's own special online way of running, a special "TT" mode, where you can set room parameters, hit "start" and one at a time it lines up the competitors in 10 second intervals, and automatically ghosts anyone that crashes, goes off course or backwards etc. One can dream...

A new GT6™ demo will now give some of the expected 185,000-plus spectators their chance to challenge Nick Heidfeld’s 1999 41.6s course record set in a Formula 1 car. The demo will include a range of stunningly recreated cars to race up the virtual version of ‘the Hill’.

The Goodwood Festival of Speed has an enviable international reputation as a celebration of all things automotive and motor sport. The annual event, held at the family home of the Earl of March, features an array of cars that spans from the beginnings of the automotive industry at the end of 19th century to the very latest cars proudly displayed by the manufacturers. If only we could drive those cars... especially that Lotus 100T... Who knows if we will be able to but I'm quite sure they're only there for design purposes since they are there in real life, but they look modelled quite well and you'd have to think if it's possible to license them at all they'd be drivable if they put that much effort into designing them -- or since they're in the game at all wouldn't that require a license from the beginning?

Very interesting... especially with Forza 5 getting James Hunt's McLaren M23 and Niki Lauda's Ferrari 312-2...
