I just hope E3 can cater to the many categories I've made.

I've thought about what could be shown, what should be shown, and what is likely to be shown.

If each category can get a single piece of info, I'd be pleased.

I'm not getting my hopes up for anything. We might see some gameplay, some new tracks, some new cars. But no big "reveal" and no release date.

Expect anything else, and you'll be sorely disappointed. Just sayin'.
 
I know on Tuesday at SONY live Conference there will be GT5. but IGN has this Set for Thursday as well ..

You can see GT5 there, Does that mean each tiny conference from developers or IGN team will show LIVE game-play or interviews from each booths?
 
I think previously they have some one enter their studio for interviews etc. I could be wrong though.

Edit. I think also they have consoles set up for demo purposes.

I suspect interviews, highlights of the trailer, some solid information, and some hands-on with the games themselves.
 
Wasn't there a E3 twitter that said they'll have a GT5 Demo there?

Clockwise-> High Speed Ring [GT4 Vers.], Tokyo R246, Chamonix, Grand Valley Raceway [GT4 Vers.], Suzuka Speedway, Grand Canyon, El Capitan, Seattle Circuit, Costa Amalfi, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.

Thinking right now of Seattle Circuit, I don't think I ever really liked it. I remember having races and almost perfect lap times to beat a mission and I would either hit a guardrail, spin out around the little humps in the road, or just crash after the up/downhill jumps

Had a full lap around Seattle as a license test. Funny thing is, thats how I fell in love with it and am hoping it makes the cut.

Am I the only one having problems with gametrailers log in? I cant log in and cant watch ubisoft's footage.
 
I keep forgetting USA is a day or so behind Australia. Silly me. Nevertheless, I'll be up as early as possible to check to see if there's been any news on GT5.

Nope, you seem to be way off, unless you meant E3 2011 ;)

This thread was created at the very end of March, so has been going for 1.5 months now. With 50 pages already, that's approximately 33 pages per month. With only one month left, that puts the page count at roughly 83 pages in total by the time E3 get around.

On the assumnption that as we get closer to E3, hype increases and news becomes more prevalent, activity will increase, so let's say during the last month, activity doubles. That's still only 116 pages.

Unless you start spamming this thread in order to increase post count, I can't see it getting anywhere close to 237 pages before E3.

It depends on what news we get whether or not it will reach that before E3. I bet it will reach 237 sometime during E3 and probably before the Sony conference even starts. I remember right before the TGS conference last year a new page would pop up every 20-30 seconds.

Well, whaddya know, depending on your time zone, the page numbers will vary as to when you define the actual day of E3, but it would seem that my educated guess of 116 was pretty close ;)

I look forrward to the resulting defences around the "official start time" of E3 to throw this into disrepute!
