Yeah but that's only a remix of a Calvin's theme, I want a Deadmau5 theme. "There's might be coffee" maybe? :D

Want a lot of electronic themes too :D

Yep, I'm with you there. 'There might be coffee' is already part of my GT5 custom soundtrack, but something like that for an introduction in GT6 would be amazing.

Unfortunately epic electronic songs like that will always get overthrown by rubbish... Like My Chemical Romance.
 
I won't rant on about how said unheard of melodic death metal should be in because I like it, instead I'll suggest realistic songs that I think a majority would approve of.
For instance, Queens Of The Stone Age in general, they were featured in GT5 and I think GT4 aswell, with their new album out (currently my favourite) I'd love to see them in the soundtrack again. :)
 
Decided to put up a few videos with music from previous GTs, should i keep them in the OP? thought it would be more interesting to put a few collections of classics.

Well, if that's what it reminds you of, so be it. It's just straight-up funk, and I forgot what it reminded me of until I saw a comment on YouTube about it: the main lick from Run for Cover by Marcus Miller, here compare them:




Funk is kind-of meant to be sexy (putting funkiness in your music sure makes it sexier), but I think its stereotypical (and surely now only historical?) use in video pornography (which is surely too overt to be "sexy") says more about the porn industry than it does funk itself...

That particular track in GT5 would have benefited from some variation and other / better accompaniment, but it's a bit harsh (and slightly ignorant, wrong even - that beat is far too strong) to call it "porno music", just as it is to call the rest of the menu music "elevator music"! :)

Its called take the songs you like.. and implement them into your own.. gt5 had a pooptastic soundtrack. London lights city beautiful was the only good song aside from 5oul on D!isplay and Day to live

This song was in gran turismo 5 but you have to enable the song in the music section to able to listen to the song in menus,races....etc.
also where you heard this song in gt6 videos?

It saddens me that that song is literally impossible to find online. Recently I spent way more time than I'd like to admit looking for it. Not on iTunes, Amazon, or Google Play. And it was on an EP that got a very limited release at the time :grumpy:.

Was made by Two Fingers / Amon Tobin , name of the song Sweden from the album Stunt Rythm i think.

Its a sick album, so glad they put some in the teaser and possibly in the game as well.

Which makes two Tobin tracks used in GT6 trailers so far, though it remains unknown if either will feature in the final game soundtrack.

That said, ever since GT5 they've been known to include tracks by artists on the Ninja Tune label, such as Lorn, Pop Levi and The Heavy. So maybe we will see more NT labeled music in GT6.
 
Granted the Benz Vision GT trailer was made by Benz themselves, I'd still like to know what the 2nd song was in the trailer.
I also wonder if GT5's OST will carry over or if it will be complately replaced. GT5 has some awesome menu music 👍

It's funny you should say this because I recently found the EP in a bargain bin for only $2! So stoked, the other remixes on there are amazing too, the transition from Everything Must Go to Think I'm In Love by Spiritualized is amazing. I think your only option at the moment might be to find the video on YouTube and then use a YouTube to MP3 converter site - not the best quality, but might be your best bet unfortunately.

Lucky! Yeah I hate YouTube converters, the quality is never good enough. But you might be right :(
