All I really want is whatever version of Moon over the Castle is used in the intro.

And the jazz in the menus of course, a lovable part of the GT experience. Also don't mind anything else that is included.

Gran Turismo 5 has basically allowed us to go with whatever music we like rather than have to rely on the menu and racing music provided in GT5. Does that mean you put in a bunch of bullcrap songs so people have no choice but to use their own personal music collections? No. It means that while you may or may not have your own collection of music you want to hear in the game, it's still nice to know you have some great in-game music to go with GT6.

I usually don't care for racing music, especially after a while. My only hope is that GT6 doesn't have any poor music choices. Only wishlist song for me- "Moon Over the Castle" as the intro song for GT6. It's been the theme for GT since its inception; don't put in some other song just to make it relatable and exclusive to a certain international region. So f:censored:ing what if some "fanboy" would want a Nickelback song or some emo band to have the intro song with GT6? GT5 using My Chemical Romance was basically my cue to say, "'Moon Over the Castle,' or no damned intro song at all." Really, that's my only music request. Everything else for GT6 music is more like... "surprise me."

Yesterday night i was listening some old GT games soundtrack and i still think even if now we are able to use our own music, that the actual soundtrack is pretty poor compared to the ones done in the past.

Hoping in a better work for GT6 or else i'll do my own one and whatever.
 
In general, more "K-DST/Radio X" style music would do it for me. I have a small list of songs I want here:

And I'm all for GranTurismo916's idea with license pass/fail music. Only I think they should save "We are the champions" for when you get your license. It's also a great one for when you actually win a championship. Pun intended. For passing a test they could use the one in one of the schools in GTA:SA (I think it's the car school but I don't remember right now)

And of course we should have a uniform intro video with "Moon over the castle" as theme. And they should also find a way to use versions of the GT2 dealership songs ("From the East" MUST return)

Even more to agree with you on, Lout. :P Good deal. I turned off music, too. The engine was hard enough to hear, let alone the tires (endurance racing=if you hear tires, you're too fast. :lol:)

I like the Jazz soundtracks and such, I think that it's good that we can put custom BGM in game. I just wish they would allow you to stop online lobby music. Other than that the game's soundtrack is fine.
