Then it’s not really an ultimatum. If you’re simply surprised no-one else has filed a lawsuit over it then follow that up by saying you won’t, that’s not really an ultimatum. Actually threatening a lawsuit is.
Given that you won’t do anything about, neither will I.
This got us nowhere.
