I guess we'll have to wait a few days to see if they're simply referring to a couple more video tweets of the 12R's scanning & implementation process or more cars to come.

If it is indeed the latter, there are coincidentally three Mazda Spirit Racing models that have been announced so far which I'm aware of. The 12R we are already getting, the Mazda Spirit Racing 3 Concept seemingly based on their Super Taikyu Mazda 3 that the Group 4 car we already have is based on, and the Mazda Spirit Racing CX-60.

And why would Polyphony do that, at this point of GT7's life, any time soon?

The only reason they may end PS4 support before PS5's, is if they want to extend GT7's life a couple more years, which would push back any new entry to the series. I don't see any other reason for them to remove a decent amount of the playerbase, at this point.

I do wonder what the community's reaction would be if they were to do extend GT7's life, considering we have a "GT7 is dead!" comment every other week... :lol:

Really sad news, RIP to a legendary designer!

Top Gear Bolivia Special reference, Richard Hammond drove the Land Cruiser and doesn't like creepy crawlies and I would guess snakes, and one morning there was a snake in the car.

I find it odd how we've recently seen an increase in the number of cars for updates (3 normally, 4 last month, 5 this month) for seemingly no particular reason.
I don't expect it to last, but it's interesting.

4 last month was kind of expected once we knew about the Chevrolets - whenever they have doubles like that (those, the Italdesigns, the Super Formulas) they always put at least one extra car in.

No idea about this month though.

In regards with this, we have;

2022: 30 cars via DLC
2023: 34 cars via DLC
2024: 32 cars via DLC
2025: 29 cars via DLC at the moment and we have 3 months ahead.

I'd say we'll have at least one more update before the end of this year.

With a minimum of three cars, that would bring our total to 32 cars, the same as last year.

Really great questions from him to Kaz. Questions what everyone think each month.

1. The addition of more historic Opel cars, like the Astra or the Calibra DTM in the future.
2. If the inclusion of Suvs, EVs or more today cars, affected the personal Kaz vision of Gran Turismo in general?
3. PD really have contact with the Gran Turismo community in the social media and what the people want? Or PD only think about their own vision, project and dreams.

Weird thing to say at 17:45.

I definitely spoke with him, sympathised about the view change thing (I said it's usually square, and he said he tried that but when it didn't work he didn't want to try anything else in case it screwed everything up) and when I said I used boost right at the start he said he didn't know what button it was on either. Didn't make fun of him or anyone else.

Well, he said earlier his English isn’t great. Maybe took it/misinterpreted the wrong way.
 
While I don't think anything Gran Turismo will be featured in it, I wonder if the timing of the upcoming PlayStation State of Play was the reason why this month's update cycle is a day earlier than normal, so as to not be drowned out by a plethora of other PlayStation gaming news on the same day.



Edit: So it turns out Gran Turismo was featured in it lol
