I've really been struggling on the track lately, so I figured it was time for a new helmet to shake things up.

It doesn't show up in the thumbnail but the sparkles on the metallic helmet really look amazing on the bare sky in the top part.

Hi, first I want to thank all the hard work that you guys keep doing with the liveries, I currently have 890 in my library and a lot of them I found here :gtpflag: .

And finally, I have a question: recently I noticed that every week some of the liveries that I added to my collection were gone for good. If someone stops paying PSPlus, or delete their save or the game, their shared liveries are deleted too? I know that some players delete liveries when they correct it or update it.

The answer to this question is, Yes! I’m guessing when some logo makers need to make room for new logos they disappear from all Livery editors. Or, Polyphony may need to remove it due to trademark or legal issues! This is my best guess!

I noticed if I open a very old livery in editor it sometimes says some decals could not be loaded which I believe is because the host/creator who originally uploaded the individual decals deleted them. So its entirely possible if an entire livery is deleted by the creator, its deleted for all the people who downloaded it too.

I always delete old liveries when I make a change to the design. If I don't, it shows up in the garage when I want to load a livery and I'll have what looks like multiples of the same livery to choose from which annoys me. I wish we could choose to write over the old livery to not create a double. The system already has a "save as" feature which creates a new saved livery, but the regular old save button seems to do the same thing

I do agree with 90% of your message.
I've had several times "some decals couldn't have been loaded" or something like that (I translate, at least I try to! :D) and the decals that don't appear have actually been deleted so I guess the liveries can desappear the same way.

But I've already forgot to "save (a livery) AS" and I've lost the old one so I think the "save" & "save as" buttons work properly.

NB : I do have "doubled" liveries when I want to change but it's mostly old ones, when I wasn't used to the system.
And I'm pretty sure the oldest is on the right bottom and the newest on the top left.
 
Yes, this missing logo thing also happened to me when I tried to update my Cirtek Mustang. When a player uploaded an UltraFilter logo, the right Quaker State decal that I used was lost, so I decided to wait until the right one appears again (I can't remember now why, but the PD Quaker State logo didn't fit my intentions XD). However, I was thinking primarily of PsPlus, because when the reason is an update I can find it again, but some others were lost. One that I remember was an IMSA Whistler Mustang Gr.3 that I added, this one took sometime until someone did it again. Anyway, thanks for the answers :cheers:.
