The VRR group has changed up their series, so we've updated this series to be inline with other GRM series (10 rounds).

Starts soon, be sure to register!

Looks like we have 6 registered for the series so far, I'm counting those who ran the previous series.

I managed a actual practice session tonight. Zolder is a fun track. I like all but the first 2 turns. They are too wide and flat, it's very hard to find and hit the racing line. That said, I'm just under a second off the pole time from the bots. The pole time in my practice session was a 1:34.5. I only ran a few laps of the actual race, but was able to make a couple passes and hang with the leaders.

The tricky bit will be pit strategy. I timed the pit lane delta at 1:07. So, pitting will cost you almost an entire lap. Guessing at a 28-29 lap race, that means if you can run heavy and keep moderate pace (<= 2 seconds race pace) then you'll be better off to not pit.

Wednesday should be fun.

Hi! Im interested to join. I live in the Philippines and would like to ask what time is your time there right now so that id know what time the race is gonna be in my country. As of posting today its tuesday july 19 2:11 in the afternoon.

Hope i could get a response. Thank you cheers! :)

Looks like there is a 12 hour difference. So the race is 10 PM Eastern Time in the US, it would be 10 AM in the Philippines on Thursday morning.

Hi! If its 10am this thursday and will run like that for the entire series i would like to join you guys! How do i sign up? :)

Sounds great. There's a link above (in the original post) to register.
Hi! I just finished with the registration how will we be in contact for Thursday (in my country) race? Cheers! :)

You are free to run whatever strategy you feel is best. What I've found is that lap time really plays into the decision to pit or not.

I'll send a Friend request tonight, and then you'll get an invite for the private room for the race.

Thank you sir! Please let me know roughly what time via PS messenger so that i will set an alarm for Thursday on my country. See you and thank you for the opportunity to have me race here. Cheers! :)

Quick question sorry i forgot to ask. In this series for the traction control, stability control and ABS in the room settings are they on or off? Thank you! :)

Sounds good. Looking forward to this.

I'll get the points updated, replay posted, and recap my excuses... I mean race... this evening when I am home from work.

It was a good first race. I'm a bit disappointed by the guys who no showed to the event. I'll call them out on their home website.

FAQ:

Q: Can I pick a new car every race?
A: No, once you've selected a car that is the car you must use for the rest of the series.

Q: I can't make every race, can I still join?
A: Yes, most participants will end up missing a race or two. Please don't join if you only plan to make 1 race though.

Q: Do I have to run every session on race day?
A: No, show up when you want, run when you want. Just know if you miss the race or qualifying that's your problem we won't wait or restart for you.

Q: I'm not very fast, can I still join?
A: Of course, just make sure that you follow race etiquette.

Q: What if I see a driver cheating, or someone is intentionally causing contact?
A: Let me know and I'll take appropriate action to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Thats fine i didnt practice any lap il use the practice time tomorrow. See you bro! :)

Great race awhile ago although i didnt get to have a good setup as i was overheating my tires. Didnt expect to still win it. :)

@BradLTL
Could i request a sheet with the points standing thats in order? Like a simple note on the 1st post of name and points. Thank you bro. Cheers! :)

You were about 2.5 seconds faster than me a lap. You didn't mess up enough to were you couldn't get it back. It was closer than I expected.... if only it had been a 40 minute race! :)

I'm not sure what you are asking for, but I made a copy of the Google Doc (minus some personal information), go to the race results tab:
