GT Kart 125 shifter championship tips?

Just wanted some tips on how to tune kart for each race, would be great help.. thanks!

Race 1(Brands Hatch): No changes.
Race 2(Willow Springs): Set Transmission to 118mph or 189km/h
Race 3(GT Arena): Set Transmission to 99mph or 159km/h

cheers man! i know this may soud stupid as ive been playing gran turismo since about gt3, but i never really go deep into tuning as far as weight goes, but how would i change the weight distribution on a kart, like what settings would i have to play about with?
