The track icons did go green for a few seconds before the crash, I wonder if that I'm guessing IT hiccup caused a bit of confusion and the shunt.
 
Walkinshaw GT-R #73 has been retired with a bent chassis.
 
The silly pit rules and amount of safety cars have completely buggered the race at the moment, direct competitors separated by laps.
