GT Red Bull X1 Prize Car at B-Spec 35, WOW!

i have been running b-spec 24/7 since launch day, i'm at level 35 bspec career and level 40 b-spec whatever that means, i still don't understand the 2 bspec levels, lol. It's basically manager mode, you control and tell a hired driver which car to drive and how to drive if you want during the race. Bspec Bob can win races without you even telling him commands, just give him a fast car. I love b-spec because i'm getting money and cars for not even racing, just start the race and go do something else. i have made millions since launch day.

at the end of a race, the XP goes to 2 stat bars: 1 after the money screen and then another one for your driver. My Bspec driver is level 40 on that stat while the other screen shows Bspec 35.

Yeah, not sure why you're so confused but one is your level and the other is you driver's level. Have you not created multiple drivers?

Im currently doing Le Mans 24h and have my Pit-in Strength to: "OFF"

Using the X1 and getting about 12 laps per driver only due to fuel.

Would be interested to hear your strategy.

i have 2 Bspec drivers, (1) at Level 35 (40 Class) and the other just at level 10.

Yes you can drive anything in your garage including cars won via B-Spec.

The FGT though you must buy from the used car dealer and that is the only car allowed in that race so make sure you have about 5 mil on hand and keep looking. It will turn up.

as HBR says, make sure you have the money to buy it!

in another thread someone said to go to any race and choose it. but when it loads, do not press the green start button. just "exit" instead and go back to the used car dealer. the inventory will show different "just in" cars to buy. there should be at least 6 of them usually. you can repeat this. that way, every 3-5 minutes, you'll have different cars to buy show up. one guy said, using this technique, he ran across the Formula GT in 15 minutes.

Exactly the same, if you set it to anything other than 0% they will end up pitting every lap.

Because he's still apparently confused over driver level and his own personal level.

Just about to start the 19th hour of le mans, in B-spec and notice I need a oil change in the x1. Be interesting to see how much the engine re build will cost me. It could turn out to be a very expensive race if after every race I need a $500,000 engine rebuild.

Since I really want the X1 in B-Spec since it's the easiest to get. I was wondering is there anywhere that could tell me where to level the Bspec level at? I'm currently 11 and have a long ways to go

No need to rebuild after every race. GT auto will give you the option but don't waste your money until the engine looses power after oil change and even then do not do it if you are just using it to race the AI. This car will smoke them even after loosing large amounts of power.

To level B-Spec up run the highest level races that you can enter and keep moving up the board to the endurance races and then run those.

Man your b spec driver must be scared of the x1. I ran on trial mountain myself with the formula car from the PSP and ran a 55 sec lap. I hate when they are timid. Mid turn breaking and letting up when trying to overtake.

in b-spec, i just finished the 24 hours of Le Mans with my Formula GT. the easy win netted me 2,241,184 XP points towards leveling up to lvl 36. it seems to have moved me 8/10ths of a level to lvl 36. oh yeah, the car i won for 1st in this race was the Toyota GT-One.

currently i'm doing the 1000KM Suzuka endurance race. with a timed endurance race, it will always take the same amount of time to complete. but in a distance endurance race, the races time will be shorter if you use a faster car. so i'm busting out the S. Vettel Red Bull X1, for it's maiden race to do it.

i believe my Race Modded ZR-1 could do the Suzuka 1,000KM race in 6h35m. and my Formula GT could do it in 5h20m, if memory serves me correctly. i'm anxious to see what the Red Bull X1 will do it in?

yeah give your driver the fastest car possible with the best tires possible, will have the shortest times per xp gained

I was online last night with 10 other guys and we were running laps at the Nurburgring in Group C cars (very fast). All of a sudden someone joined with an X1 and when he flew past me I couldn't believe how quick it was! He went from a spec in my rear mirror to a spec on the horizon in front of me in less than a second. That car is ridiculous.
