More like bad game (in comparison with the others GT), but the meme uses "evil", good and neutral.

And neutral, lawfull and chaotic is related with what usually people expect from GT games (Sport is actually the opposite of that).

The meme is using that sentiment as a laughing point. While I don't necessarily agree with the sentiment, it is hilarious the way the meme reflects it.
