All this talk about the Mazda Cosmo and the other Japanese classics has got me excited. I adore the Cosmo so I’d be thrilled to see it return in super-premium form.

However... I want to see this more than anything:
latest

I still remember the day I finally amassed 320,000 credits to buy this beauty. Something about it just fascinated my 5 year old self.
I'd have to agree with you. It's a gorgeous car and it's my favorite Skyline and definitely one of my top 5 favorite classic JDM cars. I would love to see this over the Cosmo but in my opinion it's chances of coming back is much lower. :guilty:

I'm sure you have all this (and other) data tracked in a spreadsheet but in my mind you just know it all off the top of your head.

@Famine knows all.

Go onto Google Street View and you'll see what I mean. Or, to save you the hassle:

This is the problem. The freeway network has changed completely and the last section of the route doesn't exist. If Seattle Circuit was to be put in again, the layout would need to change.
View attachment 841966

I doubt any of us would complain if they were to add an updated Seattle circuit. The previous one was outdated anyway so it'd be nice if they went, nodded back to nostalgia but had a 2019/20 version with a fully built Safeco Field/T-Mobile Park and CenturyLink Field added in lieu of the Kingdome and the new road system.

So, update on the 27th of August which is likely to include rain?
Hmmm... The Spa F1 race is on Sept. 1st......

Just sayin', it would be a good time to unveil rain in GTS as well as Spa-Francorchamps.

Every single update I pray the licence issue with Spa is resolved and I can finally race my favourite world track within GT Sport and
against other players, if it were to appear and came with rain effect/rainy conditions I would be over the moon as would a friend
of mine who lives in Belgium.

Can wait though, I have great patience, one day I will race there again!

So, this year, seems more likely we'd get Hondas and Toyotas over any other brand. This update, we could probably one totally new Toyota or standard-Premium or both.

Toss in a Mercedes of some kind, Nissan, Ferrari and a Gran Turismo brand. Seem about right?

Looks like the other brands from Japan will be left behind in terms of cars added, for now. I would want PD to at least add some cars for Mitsubishi but it seems that wouldn't happen anymore.

The Mitsubishi dealership seriously needs a jumpstart.
Yes that's true.

Currently, it only has two different models of the Lancer Evolution and the XR-PHEV concept so far although honestly, given GT Sport's trait when it comes to DLC, I'm not expecting that much. But it's still a good addition if they are going to add more models for the said brand.

I agree that more Asia Oceania region cars should come and this is OBVIOUSLY a strange thing to say since PD is that region.

I dont like hatches much and I gravitate towards sporting sedans mostly.

So...

Hyundai Genesis G70 vs Kia Stinger

and how about a final salute to the Holden Commodore SS 6.2 V8 vs. Falcon Coyote supercharged 5.0 V8? Maybe give as the ute variants too?

A ute vs ute shootout like they do in the ute supercars sub series would be great.

It's funny because I can easily visualize a super premium red 3000GT in the dealership, I think it's just a matter of time and it will probably be the next Mitsubishi we're getting.
Meanwhile, I was thinking of an Evo VII-IX variant and the classic Pajero/Montero which became a Dakar rally classic. But knowing PD, this is just a wishful thinking of course.
