Here is my runner-up: I think it is an actual better photo, but the two JGTC cars you can see aren't keeping with the theme.

 
The second one looks good to me. It looks like they're "battling it out" to the finish line. 👍

Easy$$, don't the rules say that "Photoshop can be used to crop, resize, adjust brightness and contrast, and for adding text. Changing color curves or manipulating is prohibited"?

Yeah, that photo definetely has had the Sharpen Filter applied to it!
