For some reason, IMO, Enthusia looks like it has more realism to it than GT4. Enthusia makers, though haven't released (or from what I've read about them) anything yet on flipping-over, damage, etc.

konami developed those two amazing arcade racing games I wasted a lot of money on in my youth: GTi club and Racing Jam. Maybe the project lead had a hand in those.

Maybe those are concepts pics for how good the track will look in the final build. I'm not going to place my judgment on some demo based on the first build's graphics.
 
Robin, I have yet to see clouds on GT4s bonnets, so I guess that's a wash out also :P. Your such a bloody idiot, it's people like you that make ps2 fans look stupid.

Something is off with this and that NSX shot, looks like they've been cut and pasted in if you look at the front end. The shadowing looks gash. :yuck:

The game isn't finished robin, chances are it will improve.

I love this, they all act as if it's game play over graphics, but at the end of the day it's pretty clear what some of you really think.
 
Situations like this usually involve food fights and weeks of detention. Strangely enough, I'm not in elementary school anymore.
 
But we are comparing GT4 with Forza. In which we really need to compare GT4, Forza, and Enthusia.

IMO, it sounds like you are underetimating Enthusia.
 
I dont see why the die hard xbox people arnt in Forza Planet.net or somthing......I appreciate the discussion but it somtimes starts conflict.......go and discuss how much you love Forza elsewhere!
 
We need more info to compare enthusia. It looks sweet to me, I just haven't seen much of it. No details on the tuning, possible car damage, handling or anything beyond the "visual gravity system" gimmick. I have my fingers crossed.

Exactly, NONE of these games are finished, so ofc there are gonna be glitches, and short comings, things that usually get improved on by the time it's finished. I just think people should calm down, stop cramming stupid opinions in my face, and wait before making judgements.

I like both my xbox and ps2, just because I don't ass kiss as much as you do, does not make me ANY less of a fan, or any less right to be here. So a big FU! If you want to rant like a fan boy, you can go to the official US ps2 boards, they will love you there. I'm a die hard fan of NO consoles, just games.
 
I think this thread should be killed, locked, and destroyed and never thought of again. This is a gt board afterall. Forza shouldn't even be thought of here.

It's called being objective. You suggest segragation because people are interested in a decent looking game? Really if all you want to hear is blind praise for GT, pm cobragt. You guys can have a rollicking time discussing how rubbish Forza is.

It is a thread comparing the two games, comparisons have pros and cons, and two sides to the argument. It's not even supposed to be an argument actually. Unless people who don't want to think show up.

Yes, that is true. Alot about Enthusia hasn't been released. Plus, it's supposed to come out quite a while after these 2.

IMO, I bet that if Enthusia turned out to have Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc. that alot of GT4 lovers want, it could draw sales away, and I would hate to see that Enthusia had the licenses instead of GT4.

BUT THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Unless Enthusia does have them, then it could draw sales away but not the license issue...hmm.

I agree...........I are some of you really blind!!!!!.....This is for Gran Turismo......why are some of you pushing the arguement for Forza so much!!

p.s. as for blind praise.......that it not true.......GT4 is an amazing game.....all the praise is based on how good GT is.....it is not just mindless
 
Enthusia looks good, but I havn't seen much on it, so I guess I can't really say anything apart from I'll end up buying it if it's good.

As am I. I love my PGR2 for XBOX, just as much as I love my GT3 for PS2.

I think I've figured it out... Here it comes: Cobra you are a GT fascist. Seriously, you want everyone to think (if that is the operative word) the way you do, never slight or critisize any shortcomings, and automatically dismiss competing games.
You even want a comparo thread locked because it isn't going your way.

I've never wanted to be this harsh, but it probably won't even affect you. You seem to run on autopilot, spitting out repetitive nonsense wherever you go.

B/c we are comapring them...

We would compare Enthusia as well, but they are doing a good job of keeping some things hidden from us. Until PSM has more info on it, I will stick with comparing Forza and GT4.

But that's the problem. We don't know too many details about Enthusia. Until more details come out, we really have no idea since we can't compare anything like tracks, cars, driving physics, until we know more about the game.
