I agree NASCARS are terible and it is a stupid boring sport make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn.
Hi all,
I don't think that it is NASCAR hate that we're seeing in this thread. It is perhaps the concept of opportunity cost - that the 2011 NASCARS were included at the expense of other improvements that PD should have made, or given greater priority (eg fixing of shadows, more offline A-spec events, standing starts) as they have a much greater impact on gameplay.
Fortunately though everybody doesn't share your narrowminded opinion.I agree NASCARS are terible and it is a stupid boring sport make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn, make a left turn.
Agree with you. NASCARS is a freaking stupid and boring sports.
I just wish they had the sound right with these cars. It's not even close right now. Still, they're pretty fun to drive.

How can 2011 Nascars be included as new cars?
It's the same friggin skin isn't it?
Its the game Kaz made for Kaz and thats why GT has been lost to me for some time now.
My 2 cents..get over it.
I'm disappointed to hear that they're adding more NASCAR models. I want to see some of good standard cars being converted into premium! Not bloody NASCAR...![]()
I'm American and disappointed with this as I do not like Nascar. New cars are nice but why spend more time on Nascar? they should have made a 2011 Red Bull with the blown difuser sound too

Or this instead
Totally agree with you man, but that's something our fellow American friends, would not understand (no disrespect, of course).
NASCAR in the UK isn't a great thing, as people find boring to see cars going round in circles for hours.
Having said that, ther's a small minority, in which I include myself, who loves the Indy Series and have followed it from the times when they were called Champ Cars 👍
Exactly how is it that they spent more time on NASCAR? Where does this illogical thought process come from? It doesn't even take up anywhere near a a huge amount of the game and yet just because it isn't what you wanted, they spent more time on it? There's at least around 900 more cars (technically more thanks to the incoming Racing Car pack) you easily can drive and not bother with NASCAR. I don't really like Mini Coopers (well, nothing from Mini really), but again I can optionally ignore them.
Are you familiar with the term "Exclusive"? That describes the F1 License and is why you see F1 2011 with a Red Bull RB7 and not GT5.
2010 Ferrari F1...
2010 Ferrari F1...
JordanWhy does Ferrari have the only F1 car in the game? While talking to a marketing representative for one of the manufacturers in GT5, I finally received an answer to this perplexing question. It all comes down to licensing and Formula 1 boss Bernie Ecclestone. He commands control of the licensing for all of the cars in the series, with the exception of Ferrari. For reasons known only to Bernie and Ferrari, they have a special provision in their F1 contract which allows them to license their cars to whomever they please.
So 2011 Ferrari, why not?
Go to a live race before you judge, until then you're just blowing smoke out your 🤬.
