Knowing what kills the server is under investigation, further problems may occurs in following hours/days until it is solved.

great job on the site milouse. if i may make a suggestion, i would really like to be able to sort the cars by year

Great site Milouse! It's too bad you can't enter the quantities of the cars you own or even upload your own photos.

Did you mean to filter just one year ?
You can sort by year by clicking on "year" at the top of the column. I hope it helped.

Great job with the database! 👍
Before I used a text file, searched with Str + F and marked the cars in my possession green.
But so it`s much easier.

Are there any plans to add something similar for the Museum Cards?
You would only need the manufacturer, the number and how many of each you got.
And a filter "surplus".

Milouse, I'd like to express my thanks for your site, it's a wonderful asset to the gt5 community.

I see your looking to add perhaps the facility to upload photo's.

Whilst this would be nice.. I'd rather have the ability to save my tuning setups somewhere! for each track! and have the ability to share them and have others vote on there usefulness. (web form that captures settings with buttons, drop down options etc stores in a database..)

perhaps then we could have a central repository for your garage, your racing setups and we could see and search for the most popular shared setups, by track etc.

apologies if these Ideas have been put forward before.. I only just found this thread!

Keep up the good work:tup:

I am one of those that would actually love to see the option enabled to be able to display our photos here, maybe just limit it to a certain number but i think it would be awesome.

I'm considering an option for the number of cars, but the image "upload" (i don't think images will be stored on site) is more likely to be implemented soon.

Yes ! :)

Missing car:

Nissan 370Z Tuned Car (GT Academy Version) '08

If you want to tag it as "own", it is in the DB without (GT Academy Version) in its name (next DB update will correct that).
It has no data/image.

cool, yeah just a way to link to an image hosted offsite and have it display would be awesome :)

What is that "Ver*" thing for?

You can hover your mouse over the title to see help (it was reversed english/french until yesterday)

Hard to read, so :
Higher is better
0 => missing datas or datas from GT4.
1 => datas from Dealership (New & Used).
2 => base datas from Garage, without OC (Oil Change).
3 => Type 5 datas extrapolated from 1.
4 => Type 5 datas extrapolated from 2.
5 => datas from garage, after OC.

But this would deserve a whole page of explanation, power and torque values evolution in gt5 is a nightmare.
Some Ver 3 and below datas could be undervalued because the game sometime shows restricted power value at Dealership (New & Used), and restriction is removed as soon as the car arrive at your garage.
And i'm not even talking engine run-in...

Another missing car:

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI Rally Car '99

displacement: 1997cc
power: 297BHP/6000rpm
torque: 52.00kgfm/3500rpm
drivetrain: 4WD

length: 4350 mm
width: 1770 mm
height: 1415 mm
weight: 1230kg

Standard.
Level 11.
Cr. 296,171

It would be nice if we were able to upload our personal thumbnails to the database.

When viewing the detail page from the garage? Or through the pop-up menu while hover over the list that shows the thumbnails?
You need to view the details for each car in the garage and choose the "Share with Friends" option. I believe that you can only share 6 cars at a time.

Once you shared the car then just log into the GT5 My Home weblink that I provided via your PC and login to your PSN account then click the Profile tab. There you will see the thumbnails of the cars you shared. It may take a little while for the thumbnails to update though.

Saldy i can't use kgfm torque as it leads to huge conversion precision error. Other datas are usable, fortunalety. Thank you, to you and other posters ;-)

Here's data if you want it here database guys. Thanks for the great resource!

Ford GT LM Race Car

Power: 588HP
Weight: 1140kg
Max Torque: 510ft-lb
Drivetrain MR

Cannot be sold

Does anyone have thumbnails for the chrome lined or stealth cars? As I do not have one, it would be nice to have the thumbs of them. And those thumbs look awesome!

There is now a form on each car page in order to submit cars datas.

It appears if user is connected and javascript activated (which is the case if you manage your garage online) after clicking the explicit text under the existing values.

Calculation is made automatically for unit conversion and for values "standardization" (based on car states and mileage, to match database target values : cars newly acquired after oil change and engine overhaul - if allowed).

Great feature Milouse.
