However at the same time from GT5P's release you'll find that it had sold one milion more copies, thats a fair comparison, right? A demo selling one million more copies than a full game in the same time scale?
Bingo. Well to be fair, HAD a much larger install base. The gap now (considering the 360 had a year headstart in which it sold 8.5m) is at 4.5m.The fact that the 360 has a much, much, much larger install base than the ps3, makes it even more impressive.
I don't know why people alwys have to argue about this 2 games , I own a PS3 and a 360. Just finished playing Forza 3, played some BestMotoringon Tskuba. Had some battles between japanese Tuners and some battles between the Murciélago SV and Nissan GT-R Spec-V. It's alot of fun. Can't complain I'm pretty fine with it until GT5.
Until GT5 but then will you go back?
Depends. A lot of people liked the custom liveries, & extensive tuning options, so they went back with FM2. However, many people liked GT4's graphics & cars, so they stuck with it.Until GT5 but then will you go back?
New CES gameplay?
I apologize if this is a repost
that girl was doing really well until some yellow car appeared to have bashed into her.
She was going really slow, yellow FT-86 caught up quickly as she was moving slowly to the right, the yellow car went left to pass and she suddenly woke up and pulled left hard the same time causing the collision.
Just a question, just a segway away from that frustrating dealy news. What if in online mode that there will be crazy gamers who are deliberately sabotaging the racing by bumping any cars or just doing things crazy just to inflict damage, what will happen?
Not gonna happen.
Have you played Prologue online? Invisible cars FTW.

ohh right.. I missed that. ah well, it's still good to see there's some women out there showing interest in Gran Turismo👍
Thanks. By the way is it really hard to create trees that don't look like card board cut outs? I'm not looking for moving trees or leaves, i just want too see that it looks solid or 3D. i think it is just simple texturing. I just want too see that it don't look like cardboard boxes but looking solid.
Platform games , rpg, or even low budget games can do trees that look solid with 3D perspective.
Running at 60 fps 1080p with 16 400k polygon cars, detailed track texture and not much power is left. 3D trees are very consuming. On this one I understand it's too much for this console.
Nope, the difference in negligible, plus you get 4x AA on 720p.
Forget that, remember how everyone wants to see the interior of a race car, well, just click this link and enjoy my fellow GT-P members, enjoy

Good spot, that's a much improved view than anything I've seen so far
There's no guarantee GT5 online will be the same as Prologue by turning off collision detection on cars. Damage really should play a part in ensuring cars get kicked out of races.Have you played Prologue online? Invisible cars FTW.
We won't see full on 3D trees in GT before the PS4. Everyone might as well just drop this subject, it isn't going to happen with GT5 or GT6 if that does end up on PS3. One other thing that people don't mention is improving the texture quality such that the highest level mip map texture is bigger and looks better. The PS3 doesn't have the VRAM for such huge textures.Thanks. By the way is it really hard to create trees that don't look like card board cut outs?
