I dont know if is already posted but this site claim that GT6 is in development!!!

-What is what the players will be able to find in GT6, the creator of the saga did not enter any more details: " it is not anything on what we could speak so carelessly. It took us 2.000 days to assemble all the ideas that entered in GT5. It is simply too prompt to speak on GT6 ".-

Edit. My eight year old is a GT fan and also thinks he is a comedian. So I had to edit this post he typed while I was up from the computer. XD
 
What the hell are they waiting for? about once month since the last delay and still no new release date... pretty exasperating :grumpy:

Haha. Sounds like an early December release then.

If it was originally scheduled for 26 Oct, releases on the 2nd Nov. Now it's on the 24th Nov, that means....

Sony says GT5 will launch before Christmas

According to Eurogamer.pt:

"Peter Dille, senior vice president of marketing at SCEA, told Siliconera that Gran Turismo 5 continues with a release date scheduled for before Christmas.

In a lengthy interview with the site, Dille confirmed the statements made by Kazunori Yamauchi after last month's game was postponed races worldwide.

"Yes, Kazunori came with a comment saying that they are working on the last things," he said.

"He apologized to the community, but explained that the game will be released before Christmas. We have not announced a date yet, but we will make it so that it gives us a word that you're ready."

When asked if this applied both in the United States and Japan, Dille said only, "It is true."

Kazunori confirmed earlier this week that the game is finally finished and already are producing Blu-ray.

i dont know if someone allready has posted this.. but i got today an email abbout my preorder status of GT5 Collector, from amazon germany!!

Well if we go by the Madrid event and the site linked it would appear that the date on the Sonystyle site may actually be the correct date Nov 30 US.

i was just wondering if anyone knew what types of racing will be on the game. more 2 the point is it going 2 have drift or mab even drag?

I check the USK's (German software rating organization) website every day. They haven't yet rated GT5. And they normally give out ratings 2-4 weeks before a game release. Which also means; IF they are really already pressing the blu-rays, it won't be the EU versions. Since the USK rating logo has to be on the disc and they usually don't make discs just for Germany (except games that are exclusively censored for the German market.)
 
Right Im expecting a release date sooner than I originally thought... like in the next 3 days or something.
 
I was just thinkink of going to Madrid on just them dates! ...........Honest!!!
 
I know this video doesn't have anything to do with the release date, but it does show a good "hood" camera view that is in the game, and I personally had not seen this before.

GT5 isn't listed on the PEGI site either but the game has been rated by that board.

Amazon.de shows a box with usk logo, so i think its already rated.
