I'm a graphic designer and professional retoucher. I don't mean to sound aloof but in my professional opinion, the photo isnt sufficient quality to decided as to it's authenticity.
If I had to comment, I would say although the typography and iconography look correct, the design overall is unusually weak for a polyphoney product. I'd be surprised if they spent five years making this game to put it out with lazy disc artwork - especially with all the effort we know they are putting in to the rest of the packaging.
