Well apart from selling to the 'hardcore' devotees, fans of the series or petrolheads looking for an accurate sim on a console and who'll play the game longer than the casual gamer perhaps GT5 will also appeal, initially at least, to the casual gamers if only for the sheer amount of content promised.
Whether they expect, unwittingly through unawareness of the series, it to be what it is or might prefer more arcadey physics in general and therefore only play it shortly once bought is irrelevant to the total sales.
If you're a kid and you see a driving game which includes a 1000 cars costing the same as another with far less the decision might not be that hard which to buy.
Whether it lives up to their expectations is another matter, maybe it will turn them into converts like us or proof to be a hard lesson unfortunately.
There are still plenty for whom GT5 will be the very first GT-title they play and to whom the heritage of GT means absolutely nothing.
What the hell makes you think I ordered you or anyone else to give me the page? I asked who would be friendly enough, and that person isn't going to be you, obviously, so why even take the time to reply to the request?
I didn't think you ordered anyone, just thought it to be incredible lazy to
ask anyone ( even friendly ) to look for the info only a few pages back in the same thread.
I'll be more than helpful if someone asked a question they couldn't find or just wanted to know without knowing it appeared already, I will not be willing to provide something which can be found a few pages back and with no more effort than clicking your mouse and whereby you yourself said you didn't
feel like doing it.
Now I'm the one with an attitude problem? Just commented on someone else's perhaps worded a bit strong but I guess I'm not the only one who couldn't be bothered for the reasons I gave above.
