so what can we expect between now and lets say 6 hours..?
any new videos or information or anything.
and who can blame him if i had GT5 i would be playing too in stead of posting

to me, there are two ways to go about having a pre-release copy of GT5.
1) say nothing, enjoy the game on your own
2) post information, videos, no holding back... get the information out.

It appears this kid has devised a 3rd option.. which is show a low res video of the game, flick off the camera... basically brag about the fact he has it and we dont... = douche
 
PD can just stop doing on marketing campaign because within few days we will know everything about this game.

I just hope those guys will record complete track and car list asap.

Nissan Micra at 2:01 in the video looks like it's premium. Interior clearly visible and modelled :)

Of course we will (GTP users) but Sony already knows we are going to buy the game, that is not the point of marketing...

Their marketing team has to try to reach the key demographics who buy video games but do not know much about GT5 or are undecided on buying it.

did you see his video ? Look at his top right corner there was like massage every 5 seconds...

Probably he will enyoy it for a while and then he will show something :)
 
Hey everyone, I figuered now would be a good time for my first post. First of all, greetings from Oklahoma. Second, I just watched the Miata video, and the engine and rev-matching sounded awesome. My anticipation for this game just ramped up to a whole new level. :)

i forgot, every time someone makes an honest effort to disseminate information they should start by flicking everyone off.

"oh hey family, check out pictures from my recent vacation" [first picture is a middle finger] - caption "oh i forgot, you poor bastards didn't go on vacation"
 
I think the releasedate will be the same as the Madrid Launch party (was it the 24th?).
At least not earlier, because what would be the point of a launch party when the game is already out???
Kudo's to the 5825 guy though, for having the game at least 2,5 weeks before launch 👍

Yeah that waS confirmed a while ago, hopfully somebody with a Logitech G27 gets ahold of the game so we can find out about compatability with clutch etc..

Oh dear...

Unless you have a direct feed, or a better camera in front of stolen copy, there is no way of magic-ing extra quality from a youtube video...

I think it makes sony look bad. There are copies at some retailers just a few days after a postponed release, which means game is ready for sale, but no release date and they're waiting for who knows what.

It really does.

And I still remember quite a few people here saying:

"Why would Sony wait to announce the release date at Paris Games Week/SEMA/my Grandma's birthday? If they had a date they'd tell us right away!"

Well, as we can see they didn't tell us and they're waiting for something. Wonder what it is though.

and how many days after will be released?!!is it possible to anounce it at madrid and after 10 days to release it?some people are playing GT5 as we speak thats not fair!!!!

It does make them look bad. But I've said it several times in this thread. Sony, I'm sure, wants to sell the game ASAP. But I wouldn't assume the game we saw came from a retailer. I'd say it's more likely that 5825 works for some sort of logistics company. The disc he has could have been one disc from a shipment of thousands, newly pressed and en route from Sony's facility in Austria and being sent to the Czech Republic for distribution to dozens of warehouses who handle distribution for retail stores in the region. And I'm guessing Sony's facilities will keep doing this for next several weeks.

It will likely take several weeks until Sony can produce AND distribute enough discs for a unified, world-wide release. And Sony will not announce a date until they're able to get a solid handle on the time frame.

I think he did that because of all the people that was saying he was lying and making things up, but now your jumping from one thing to another. Give the guy a break, I'm happy he posted the video.
 
Yeah that happens when you (Sony) make so much trouble about an game... This leaks can cause less sales...

The trophy list does not impress me...

1000 cars in your garage and only bronze? You will need 1 year to buy that 1000 cars...

I miss trophies like "get all gold in license test"... and some more like these...
