Well, every game is different, and usually there are different circumstances. For example, the Nov 2 release date was announced like what, half a year early, because PD/ sony thought they could meet it. Now they missed it by not much, so its possible that all they needed was a extra week or 2.

Well I guess my point is, does no release date mean this game is still a month out or is it common for a release date to become official less than a month before a game is offcially released? Say two weeks or so.

There is no strict time line guideline on how to make a release, but I think there have been a few games delayed very close to the original release and then released like 2 weeks late.

Sony is sure taking their sweet time with the release date. I have a feeling that after this they will be too occupied trying to figure out how the hell this happened, their usual retarded manner.

Yeah, sorry, I just learned about the new Stig, but seems like they have atleast changed the name of the challenge for some reson. But on the other hand, there was supposed to be a double-digit number of challenges, so maybe you don't get a trophy for all of them.
 
I don´t know if i would be brave enough to go online with the game.

if Sony is a bit evil, they can block you from PSN or even brick your console. If i recall, something similar happened in XBOX live.

Everybody wants Spa, Spa must be in :) It´s one of the best tracks in the world, if it´s not in, that would be a surprise... Better they put Spa in then "waste" 2 years with that rome track...

Let´s not forget that if this is like any other GT game, not all cars and tracks are avaliable at the start.

Even if he doesn´t see it in day one, if doesn´t mean it´s not in it. 👍

Maybe there's a chance these leaks will speed up things regarding announcements at least, guess they didn't see this coming though.
It does make Sony look bad, although that's the least of my worries to be honest.

Yeah, maybe they'll discard their release plans (whatever they are) and give it to us right away.
 
In terms of advertising, Sony needs to learn desperately. No TV ads or whatsoever. I don't get it.
